Proof is one of the best dining developments FSU has ever invested in. The drinks are strong and reasonably priced. The food is absolutely delicious and made fresh every day; it's rare to find gourmet-level bar food on a college campus! The staff is always so kind and approachable, always providing efficient service. The food menu may not be extensive, but the quality is top-notch, with dishes like the delicious grouper tacos and the best Cuban in Tallahassee. A must-visit spot for students and beer enthusiasts alike.
