R&R Eatery is a hidden gem in Tallahassee, with excellent service and reasonably priced, fresh meals. The trout dish was a standout, and the fish with vegetables was unique. The pesto pasta could use more sauce but adding protein is recommended. Connected to a hotel, the vibe is cool, and breakfast is highly recommended. The bar boasts a high-end bourbon selection and great drinks, making it a popular spot in the Collegetown scene. Vegetarian options like the Hummus Platter and salads are top-notch, with plenty of tasty sides to choose from. The fries are some of the best around, and the basic hamburger meal is delicious. The service is outstanding, attentive, and pleasant, whether sitting outside or inside, though the space outside can be a bit tight. All in all, it’s a very pleasant surprise and a really great meal.
