“We honestly weren't sure what to expect given the location, but everything was excellent and served quickly. Service was attentive and the restaurant is beyond clean. Pricing is very reasonable. They have some typical fare as well as unique food and drink options. We had ramen and fried rice and my boyfriend enjoyed one of their specialty 'tea' beverages. We will definitely go back there next time we are in the area.“

“I had lunch here last weekend and the atmosphere was very nice! The staff were very attentive and gave us great service. It appears to be a family owned restaurant and everything tasted super fresh. The heat levels were truly perfect (I prefer hot and it’s hot) lol. The menu has a lot of great options. Paul’s Fusion Kitchen might arguably have the BEST Tom Yum soup in Tampa - maybe Florida! The drunken noodles w/shrimp were divine as well. You receive nice portion sizes. I highly recommend this restaurant for lovers of Asian cuisine. Just last night I picked up 2 orders of the Tom Yum soup to go. Yes, it’s literally that good! 10/10“

“Ro is one of the top Hyde Park restaurants in Tampa and a go-to spot for incredible food and vibrant atmosphere. As a regular, I highly recommend the duck tacos—they’re packed with flavor—and their old fashioned is one of the best in the Tampa nightlife scene. The DJ nights bring great energy, and the private room is perfect for hosting events or gatherings. Whether you’re looking for a fun night out or a stylish place to dine in Hyde Park, Ro never disappoints!“

“The kare burosu was quite spicy and flavorful. The seitan in avant gard’n is fabulous. It also comes with edamame, tasty mixed mushrooms, raw carrot slices that I squeezed lime over, and a vegan egg on top. I will go back for this dish. Outdoor seating has trees and faces a quiet alley near the Amalie arena. The service is impeccable.“

“I got the scallops entree with veggies and brown rice. It was made very well and had tons of flavor. The entree came with a “salad” that consisted of hard, yellow chunks of iceberg lettuce hearts. You shouldn’t disrespect your customers, like that. You could’ve left that part out because it screams cheap and mediocre. Elevate or just don’t serve it with your opinion of a salad. Thanks.“

“Popped in Christmas night after a day of traveling. Service was great, food hot and fresh. Egg rolls were some of the best we've ever had. Would absolutely recommend for anyone on a budget. Portions are huge. General Tso Chicken was great, not too spicy and everything was cooked to order.“

“I like this place. Honestly, I find the Phó restaurants a bit better out in the Pacific NW area, but Simply Phó has been consistent both with food and great friendly service. I really enjoyed the Roasted Quail appetizer I ordered at my last visit.“

“Isekai is a small, friendly, family-run operation with a creative menu and top-quality ingredients. This was the first place I found in Tampa that offers toro (fatty tuna) and real wasabi. Everything I’ve tried on their menu so far, from sushi and onigiri to tempura, gyoza and chicken karaage, has been top notch. They also serve coffee, tea and boba drinks - my favorite is the Mango Passionfruit Tea with the mango chunks in the bottom. The atmosphere is cute and casual, with anime art and two screens showing anime and live action food or music videos. There are also tables available outside. I highly recommend this place.“
