Burger King in Tampa

“Burger King has gotten a bad reputation for the last several years at most of their locations. The wait, the food quality and the service are usually terrible, unfortunately.
But this BK is CONSISTANTLY good. The fries are hot and fresh always, the service is quick and the staff is pleasant. I’ve only gone on my lunch breaks, so I can’t speak for the evenings, but the ladies on day shift I always see when I go up there (you know who you are) are super stars! 🤩

“This standard Burger King with the standard menu includes an array of fountain drinks and three frozen beverages today I entered the lobby at 6:15 and was told that the lobby was closing but to go through drive-through I drove through at the drive-through line. I was able to get a whopper and a frozen Coke so cool.

The inside lobby is accessible with accessible tables. The restroom is accessible with a medium weight door. The accessible stall has a 3’ x 3’ space and two grab bars.

“I only put one star because I can't put any. I'm not just talking about this particular accident. I want to talk about everyone. These restaurants will soon come a day when they all have to close because the food, even if it is empty food, but it is much more garbage than ever, it is TV marketing. It's great, but it doesn't look like reality, to my surprise, the menus are close to $8, the cheapest are very thin burgers and the meat doesn't seem to be cooked in any grill. It seems like they are cooked in water, it's a shame that this restaurant has reached I do not recommend that extreme nor this one nor any of the chain“

“Morris and team provided us exceptional customer service today. The food was fast and fresh, they accommodated our special requests with a smile, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant (including bathrooms) was spotless!“

“I use the mobile app and order the buy one get one free Whopper and they made it exactly as I requested and that was not the standard version of the Whopper but with my own little minor upgrades to it. Outstanding job. You don't know how many times a person goes to drive through and they completely screw it up or give you someone else's order.“

“I know I’m seeing mixed reviews at this place, but honestly, best Burger King I’ve ever been to?? The food was hot and fresh, and the people there were decently kind for the fact that they must have been working a LONG time man. Let me just say Onion Rings++ Fries+ Whopper Jr.+ Chicken Fries+++

Honestly an experience I don’t have most of the time. Happy for the surprise!

“It's rare when you find a fast food restaurant that packages your food with care these days but this one does. Wonderful staff and even the fries were freshly cooked. Haven't had Burger King in awhile so we stopped in for a late lunch. Wasn't terribly busy.“

“I've never had a better McWhopper in my life. This was truly an extraordinary, remarkable, astounding and miraculous experience for my taste buds. I am lactose intolerant, and normally after a tiny minuscule drop of cheese, my tum tum gets angy. But this burger made the 2hours of sitting on the toilet worth it. I will be back and I will buy out all the McWhoppers, this burger king has to offer.“

“The food was good and freshly made however the service was unwelcoming. When approaching the first window it was a nice warm greeting but the second window people were more concerned about the conversations with their coworkers than greeting the guests while passing out their food. That’s the only thing I can say about this location. Also by this being the second time, it’s seems like this is the usual for the area.“

“I’ve been to this Burger King many times, and every visit has been fantastic! The staff is always friendly, but I have to give a special shoutout to the assistant manager, Jerrod. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of. His attention to detail, professionalism, and positive attitude never fail to impress me. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing great service. Thanks to Jerrod and the team, this location has earned my loyalty. Highly recommend!“

“We made a stop at this location for the first time and I cannot say how impressed I was. We went through the drive-thru and actually received fresh, hot fries! That in itself is impressive. The food was delicious. Our sandwiches were also hot and made exactly as we ordered. Way to go! We will stop by more often.“

Ryan at the Burger King drive-thru on Gandy Blvd is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit, he’s friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seems to care about giving great service. He always gets the order right, speaks clearly, and makes the whole experience fast and pleasant — which is rare these days! You can tell he takes pride in his job and brightens people’s day with his positive attitude.

Burger King is lucky to have someone like Ryan on their team. Give this man a raise — he’s the reason we keep coming back!“

“I was completely shocked for what happened at this Burger King today April 20, 2024. First of all I went into the place and it was clean. Second of all I was greeted at the desk by a real person and not a kiosk that didn’t work. And just a few minutes my food was ready it was fresh the fries were hot and the burger tasted good. I say this because recently when I went to other places the experience was terrible and the food was not edible. I didn’t have a high hopes but this Burger King really surprised me and I will be back.“

“Amazing experience, this was my first time walking into this location. I was greeted with a nice warm Burger King welcome. I made the mistake of placing an order via the app while in the lobby to take advantage of the whopper Wednesday deal. Unfortunately i ordered at a different location in ybor. I was not only treated with so much kindness. It was handled so professionally by the entire team including the general manager. Safe to say I’ll definitely be visiting this location more often. It’s such a gem or rarity to find genuine kindness these days. I truly thank you all.“
