An amazing food truck! The BBQ is absolutely amazing! Slim and Lylah will take good care of you. I highly recommend them for your next event 🥰
Slim is a grill master! The brisket and ribs were phenomenal along with his homemade sauce. He takes so much pride in his craft and it shows.
Let me start by saying.. I love BBQ, but I'm typically disappointed in it cause it's usually overcooked and more like jerky.
But let! Me! Tell! You!
You don't even need a fork for this brisket.
Just grab a spoon and start eating cause I think it's actually smoother than butter.
The Mac n cheese was also moist and flavorful.
I order the brisket sandwich without the bread to save on carbs since I got the Mac n cheese.
