Based on the reviews, Cepas Wine & Tapas Bar is a great restaurant with a great atmosphere and the best wine selection. It is a true tapas wine bar with no entrees, offering authentic tapas style cuisine. The food is absolutely delicious, with the ceviche being delicious and the seafood paella having amazing flavors full of seafood. The sangria is refreshing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about wines. One server was excellent and confirmed tapas choices as top favorites. Another staff member was out of this world with his treatment, helpful with suggestions, and treated guests like family. The cook is spectacular. The location is very aesthetically pleasing, offering inside seating, table, bar, and even outside. It is a taste of Spain in Tampa and a truly divine culinary experience. Guests are planning to return.
