Worst chipotle in Tampa. Waited 45 minutes for my order, they were out of everything at 6:30 PM. They said the chicken would be ready in 5-10 minutes, I waited 25 minutes for chicken. By the time the chicken was there, they were out of beans. Problems like this arise every single time I visit this location. They are very poorly managed and understaffed. I am at this chipotle often and there are many workers who are slacking off or doing IDK what. However today I came in and there was 3 workers 2 of them looked high and like they were doing nothing in the back one kid with brown hair was grinding so hard making literally everyone’s food and checking literally everyone out as they came through! He was a hustler anyways props to him maybe hire more kids like him!
The person who made our food was good but the person ringing us up was bad. The food is good but service is slow. The place is rather dirty and chaotic. When they ran out of one Ingredient they talked instead of trying to refill it.
