Wednesday I ordered 2 lol bacon cheeseburgers and a little fry. Usually I do check my food but I didn't eat until I got home. One burger was missing bacon and I wanted to thoroughly check both sides in case I missed it. Even though you can taste pork. So after some communication with the store not only was able to get a replacement but another fry, and you know they never miss on the fries.“
“Customer service is amazing this has nothing to do with the staff. But the soda machine has a sulfur smell to the drinks and just doesn't taste right. Meals are expensive as it is. So as a guest you just want a good drink. Hope this review gets a response i would love to change the rating.“
“We ate here twice while staying in Tampa, and it's a solid choice for some quick food! The staff are pleasant and kind, the store is clean, and the waiting time is minimal. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a great burger and fries.“
“Ordered fries 2 cheese burgers and a milkshake. The burgers were excellent , I enjoyed the sauteed mushrooms,onions and green peppers on the burger. The milkshake was very good. The fries were decent but I would've preferred seasoned fries .“
“I can't remember which location that this occurred. I was teaching summer school and took a group of students there. The kids and myself had our money ready. We were offered lunch for free. The staff was cute about it that they had made too much food. You made those kids so happy! Five guys supports kids and teachers. Thank you again.“
