“I visited this location and was genuinely impressed, everything from the cleanliness to the customer service was outstanding. I especially want to recognize Jahkize, who gave us incredible service. He even brought our order directly to our table, which was amazing! That has NEVER happened to us before at any location and trust me, I’ve eaten at these burger spots in Vancouver, New York, Orlando, and many other places, and I’ve never experienced service like that.

“We ate here twice while staying in Tampa, and it's a solid choice for some quick food! The staff are pleasant and kind, the store is clean, and the waiting time is minimal. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a great burger and fries.“
“Customer service is amazing this has nothing to do with the staff. But the soda machine has a sulfur smell to the drinks and just doesn't taste right. Meals are expensive as it is. So as a guest you just want a good drink. Hope this review gets a response i would love to change the rating.“
“Ordered fries 2 cheese burgers and a milkshake. The burgers were excellent , I enjoyed the sauteed mushrooms,onions and green peppers on the burger. The milkshake was very good. The fries were decent but I would've preferred seasoned fries .“

The one in Bradenton has been disappointing lately, it used to be our goto but no more, overcooked burgers and sticky floors... will not go back there
On the opposite, this one on Falkenburg had good food and is kept clean.
We enjoyed excellent fries and tasty burgers.
