“I love this place!! Mr Rafa also speaks Spanish so everything was more easy for me!! the food was amazing! super fresh! I ate meat shawarma and my husband ate the chicken shawarma and both were super delicious! Also the falafel was the best one that I ever eat!! everything was sooo good and fresh! and Mr Rafael very kind help us to decided what to eat! I'm definitely going there again and recommend to everyone to give it a try!“

“The flavor of the sandwiches we got from this truck were impressive. The zippy taste of the wire was something I won't soon forget. The people working the truck were incredible and I am so happy that we decided to stop by. I totally intended to take a picture, but it looked too good and I forgot.“
“I absolutely loved the Chorizo burger and the loaded fries, I’ve never seen anyone make a burger out of chorizo before, it’s really unique. The service I received was on par with the food, AMAZING! There’s always a bunch of food spots on tiktok that don’t deserve to be viral, Chichos on the other hand- it’s like finding a Diamond in the rough, a real treasure!! This place def needs to blow up. Plus, the amount of food you get for the price is really great too!!“

The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they love what they do. The truck was clean and well-organized, and the service was quick even with a crowd. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or just craving something tasty, this food truck is definitely worth a stop. I’ll be coming back for more!“
“I recently had the pleasure of having Gladys and the Kings Bistro cater our daughter's USF grad party. First, Gladys is the sweetest person to work with! Secondly, the food was amazing! Everyone was raving how delicious it was and what a brilliant idea it was to have a food truck! Such an awesome concept! We highly recommend it! Trust me when I say, no need to shop around, just hire the Kjng’s Bistro for your next event-you won't be disappointed! We will be using them again-both at home and for work purposes!“

“Over all this place is amazing. Beautiful courtyard area to let kids play around, enough seats for people and wasn't over crowded. I got a cold brew, the coffee was strong and delicious. Very impressed.
I was a tad disappointed with the burritos. I really wanted the steak burrito with no cheese, however they are pre made and can't take the cheese off. I was offered the vegan burrito, again, with the cheese on it. I declined. If they can make a few burritos without cheese, then I'd be back!“

“Wow! We had two food trucks (2 Rowdy Roosters and The Chief's Cantina) at our school's Prom. The kids absolutely loved it. They provided great options, the delicious food, and everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. Kim was a pleasure to work with to coordinate the truck and menu options. We will definitely book them for a future event!“
