What happened to this place? They used to served great food. Now is closed????
Absolutely the BEST Latin food ANYWHERE. Very nice owner that cares about his customers. I make it a point to come and eat there, everytime I'm in the area. If you haven't been here, do your self a favor Go!

El Shaddai Latin Restaurant (formerly Frank and Papi's) offers the BEST Latin food. The owner cares about customers and the biblical decor adds a unique touch. While some dishes like empanadas may have potatoes, the owner's kindness and generosity shine through in the service. A perfect stop for delicious Latin cuisine and a reminder of God's grace.
