“This was my 4th time dining at Lumbe since they opened, and every experience has been wonderful. I’ve gone with groups of 8, 6, and 4, and it has been consistently amazing every single time. From the warm welcome when you walk in, to the service, atmosphere, and most importantly, the food, everything is just so well done.
The tapas-style menu is perfect for sharing and trying a little bit of everything. There are so many things I’ve loved, but the Cornish hen paella is definitely my favorite. The flavors are incredible, and I honestly look forward to ordering it every time I go.
And you absolutely cannot skip dessert! The churros, cheesecake, and flan are all SO good. We usually end up ordering a few to share because it’s impossible to pick just one.
The drinks are also such a fun part of the experience. I especially love the make-your-own gin and tonic. There are so many options to choose from, and it makes the whole experience feel a little more special.
Lumbe has quickly become one of my favorite places to go. It’s the kind of restaurant where you leave already talking about what you want to order next time. Everything from the food to the service and attention to detail is on point. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out!“

“OMG! What’s for lunch, you say?? Only the BEST Cuban i’ve had in a very loooong time! Full of meats…delicious ham, roast pork, swiss cheese, pickles, etc. and best of all, the warm, crispy cuban bread that surrounded the “interior goodness” and crackled with every bite. “A group of us went to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Our reserved table was in the atrium part of the restaurant, which was gorgeous. Our service got off to a great start with Mal (?), and then we were greeted by food and bev manager Deshaun, who was our friendly and attentive server for the day. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered- the portions were a lot bigger than I anticipated, too! The presentation and service was consistent and wonderful. An all around great choice for brunch! “Best venue for a private party. Fred & his superb staff provided my family with an excellent meal starting with tapas, salad and then 3 choice entree & deserts. Bar drinks/service are epic - loved the Sangria. To add to our special fiesta, they arranged "over-the-top" guitar music with a Flamenco dancer performance. Do not hesitate to patron this excellent restaurant.“

“Very good cafe with Cuban eats. Food tasted homemade and the meats were cooked to perfection. Our team came here for lunch break and it was astounding. “Best Cuban food outside of Miami. Great menu choices. I had the chicken ala parilla with tostones. It was delicious. Server was friendly and very professional. Went for lunch at about 2 pm after visiting the Tampa Zoo, which is not too far away. We were seated right away. Plenty of parking. You have a choice to sit cafeteria/stool style on the one side of the building or a sit-down table on the other. Highly recommended, very reasonably priced.“

“The first time I went they made me feel at home. Its best to go Thursday, Friday Saturday, Sunday not sure Monday. Food is second to none. “so it's a mixed review. we went to Celebrate a friend's Birthday. the package fee is ridiculous and not worth the price tag. is it fun yes but short and a bit unorganized and no where near $180. the food is good but priced on the higher side and limited menu so definitely check it out before going. drinks are same, overly priced for the location. its attached to the Quality Inn and a older space they are trying to pass as a high end south beach bar/club. our waitress was low energy and not very attentive although the place was not very busy when we went. the music is fun but way too loud for a restaurant environment.“
