“Dough Show was such a great find! I ordered the chicken shawarma feteer and it was incredible. The dough is unlike anything I’ve ever had… perfectly layered, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. You can really taste the authenticity. It’s baked in a clay oven and filled with flavorful, well-seasoned chicken shawarma that just brings everything together. The portion is generous and definitely worth it. I’ll absolutely be back!“

The dish was bursting with flavor, and you can tell that every ingredient is carefully selected to create the perfect balance. The rice was perfectly cooked, the meat was tender, and the mix of spices was spot on – truly authentic. The layers of vegetables and the rich, savory taste made it a memorable meal. Hamada’s Maqluba is hands down the best I’ve had, and you can feel the love and tradition in every bite. Highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates real, authentic Maqluba!“
