Great staff, quality hotel.. best Aloft I have stayed.
Strange layout of the rooms and right on some main roads so very convenient but also noisy
Stayed here one night for a concert. Upon check-in, the room I had booked (suite) was not ready. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and upgraded us to 2 separate rooms so we would not have to wait. Since I was traveling with my older kids this was perfect. She even gave us drink vouchers for the bar. Great bar too and the bartender was outstanding. Room was a little banged up but overall clean and decent.
