The Wine Exchange in Hyde Park is a charming wine bar with an impressive selection of wines. The bar area up front is nicely set up, and there are additional seating options towards the back. The service was fantastic - our waitress was friendly and provided excellent suggestions from the menu. I'm going to go right into it... let's goALL 5 of us left stuffed!!!I had the Cajun pasta with blackened shrimp and scallops, and 3 friends had Cajun pasta with blackened chicken. This dish is super good. The caramelized onions gave a great flavor to this dish. On a great scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 2, maybe 3. It wasn't spicy to me, just flavorful. My friends and I found this place on accident after a morning of making our own candles at The Candle Pour, but it turned out to be a brie-tiful day in Hyde Park. We started with the baked brie, wrapped in phyllo with brown sugar & almonds. It melted in your mouth!
