“The bartender, Ana, was all smiles. It was a friendly atmosphere with smiles and laughs all around the bar. I'm going back, and hope to run into the same kind of group of people.Update: I've been back many times and a good time was had all around every time!“
“It smells when you walk in, but it's clean. I didn't like you walk through the outside seating with people smiling to get in. Big draw back for people who have asthma. They have lots of TV's. They had sports and movies on. Our waitress was great. She was always walking by asking if we needed anything and refilling our tea. She was extremely busy, but could handle her load. She was upbeat with a good personality. I have OCD, so when they brought us our silverware and it's pulled out of the holder sitting at the hostess desk it grossed me out. I'm so glad I carry my own silverware when going out to eat. The food was good. We had onion rings and mozzarella cheese for appetizers. My dish was chicken, broccoli and a salad. My husband had blackened white fish with veggies. It was all delicious. They have a variety of options to choose from on the menu. We will be going back to try the wings. I do recommend trying Beef O' Brady's out. It's family friendly, but also had a bar section.“
“so glad there is a bar that you can have it all , yes they have cocktails not just beer and wine . its a dive bar feel , please keep it that way do not change or update it , its like stepping back in time kind of bar , oh and you dont have to go outside and freeze to have a smoke. wish i lived closer to it would be my local fav.“
“One of the oldest and best breweries in the Tampa area. Their core pales and IPAs are well above average and they make exceptional light fruited styles (wheat, saison, sours). They have stouts too but if you want a glass of brownie batter you're better off going to cycle or angry chair. Overall I think 7th Sun has the best service and atmosphere of any brewery in Tampa. The servers are friendly, helpful, and fast and everyone there always seems to be having a nice relaxing time. I never go to Honeymoon island, Dunedin, or the Pinellas trail without stopping at 7th.“
“I'm sitting here reading some reviews, and I have to say some people's complaints show that no matter how hard you try, you just can't please everyone. I don't write reviews often, but seeing some of the Karen complaints on here is unfair to this establishment.We came in with a party of 8, and this staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They were absolutely slammed, which anyone with a set of eyes could tell. If we needed anything simple between their rounds, we just walked to the bar. It's literally 5 steps... At one point, even the owner came over to say hello and thanked us for our business. It's the small things that I appreciate and make us return customers the few times we visit this establishment while on vacation.Great food, cold beer, and an awesome staff to show for it. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, and if their slammed (especially at an Irish Pub on St Patty's Day weekend), be patient and respectful.With anything in life, that kind of stuff goes a long way.“

“Updated review...Can no longer smoke inside. I am a cigar smoker but... that is OK! The place is spotless. Owner Carmen has made the place an easy and enjoyable to have an ice cold beer or a decent cocktail. GM is Mike and he is hands on. The Florida heat is in high gear and the air conditioning in the Village Pub is the best. The owner spent a small fortune expanding the outside patio... more fans, large covered area, new pavers.Bartenders are attentive and the clientele is friendly. Most of all... beers and drinks are reasonable. I would recommend to anyone to stop in and have a drink whether local or just passing through.“

“Great bar with darts and a good atmosphere. Bartenders are on point with a good selection of drinks and full bar. Smoking is allowed inside but it's very clean and there is also outside seating avaliable. SAM was great remembering what my group was drinking and really it's about the best dive bar around.“
“Haley said it was her first night but she must be pulling our leg! She was an awesome waitress and took care of us all night. She came back often enough to check that we had anything we needed but left us alone to enjoy each other’s company and the food.The food was yummy, we had chicken curry naan tacos and chicken cutlet sandwich. It was so good we didn’t make it to dessert and I LOVE bread pudding. We will be back!“
“It is a bit run down with an old Florida vibe. It may not be for everyone, but we LOVE it. Beer is served in bottles or plastic cups and is very cold. I had their pub burger, which blew me out of the water with the overall quality. It can compete with any high end burger joint. I look forward to going back and trying other things on the menu.“
