“As a Bistro employee, I can say without a doubt this is the best place i’ve ever worked at with the absolute best owners, Dan and Ania. They go above and beyond for every single person on our Bistro crew and the Tarpon Tavern crew. Anyone who steps into either one of their businesses is immediately treated like family ❤️ Not to mention the kitchen staff, who are constantly exceeding expectations for our customers. “I’m not sure if you’ll remember me, but a few years back when we were visiting my sister and brother in law we had lunch there and I have to say you make the best mushroom soup I ever had, absolutely delicious. Anyway maybe to jog your memory I jokingly asked you if you accepted McDonald’s coupons, I really didn’t mean to make you mad but we had an interesting conversation and left full and happy. Congratulations on your retirement and God bless you both. Oh we are from Rosebush, Michigan.“
