I can’t even tell you how grateful I am of your kindness and understanding. The past month has been so chaotic and for a second you helped calm the storm and you were genuine. People will give an “I’m sorry” but there’s no meaning behind it but you “got it” and were completely genuine.
We are the couple that told you we’re watching our mother die and she stopped eating days ago and we were desperate to get her to eat. You told us what would be best for her in your opinion and guess what? We took her the food and she actually took a few bites!
The way you were with us brought me to tears .
We drove up to pick up the food at the window expecting to pay but the receipt said zero balance. You bought our dying mother a meal and I don’t know if it’ll be her last but I promise you, we will never forget you. Your kindness just -I can’t even explain it.

“Ashley took care of us. She's new, and was doing great. She greeted my son and I with a smile. And also brought us our food with a smile. Asked her trainer a question, and the trainer was very willing to give her a hand with no hesitation. The rest of the staff was extremely pleasant as well. Everyone has/had a great attitude. And seem to have taken pride in putting the order together.“
