“Stopped by this brisket shop and wow — I’m still thinking about it! I ordered the double meat plate with double brisket, and it did not disappoint. Every slice was packed with flavor — some lean cuts that were tender and smoky, and others with just the right amount of fat that melted in your mouth. The bark was perfectly seasoned, and the smoke ring? Chef’s kiss. 💨 The sides deserve their own shoutout — the mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and topped with that golden crust, the kind that makes you go back for seconds. And let’s not forget the soft roll and the tangy pickled onions that added the perfect contrast to the rich brisket. I even dipped a piece of brisket into their barbecue sauce, and it took things to the next level. This spot is a must-visit for any BBQ lover. If you’re thinking about going — do it. To the tasting that almost felt like we were just having lunch with friends. And then to the wedding itself. The food - 5 stars. We heard all night how good the food was from everyone. The setup & decor - 5 stars. It blended seamlessly with the venue. The staff - 10 stars. They went above & beyond to take care of not just the bride and groom, but the entire bridal party. “Had the taco trio; pork beef and brisket. “Shia la Beef” (brisket) was my favorite but all were fantastic! Chips and queso were bland to me but I added pico and ate with my tacos. Ah-mazing nonalcoholic horchata and great friendly staff that took care to avoid my avocado allergy. Wonderful 🤌“

“EVE Catering provided the entrees for our family Memorial Day gathering. The entrees were blue cheese burgers and BBQ chicken. The burgers were so good I was only able to get 1. My sons made sure any remaining burgers were devoured. I was able to get more than 1 piece of chicken. To coin a chicken phrase, each piece I was fortunate to have was finger-licking good. I am looking forward to the next time my mouth and tongue are fortunate enough to partake of food from EVE's Catering.“

“So I always thought I was eating "healthy enough" and working out to at least maintain my weight. So, when I came back from my honeymoon 10-15 lbs heavier I decided to try Fresh Original Foods, and continue my daily workouts. The first week, I already saw a difference! I was down a few pounds and felt good! After two weeks I'm almost down 10 lbs, and I couldn't be happier! The food is yummy, it's easy, and I don't have to worry about prepping it all. “Corporate Caters happened to deliver an order to us one day, and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try. Greg delivered our order and took a few minutes to ask about our catering needs. After explaining what Corporate Caters offers, he recommended I try their service.
As a Facility Manager, I'm responsible for ordering breakfast and lunch for our team every day. I had been using other catering services that offered plenty of options, but they were incredibly expensive, and I never had the same delivery person twice. Greg took the time to explain how Corporate Caters works, and I decided to have them handle our meals for a week.
It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made! We're now heading into our second month, and we haven't had the same meal twice. The variety has been fantastic, and not having to worry about setting up or cleaning up breakfast and lunch has saved me so much time each day.
The entire Corporate Caters team has been outstanding. Greg made a great first impression, and Manager Larry ensures every order and every delivery is flawless. Their professionalism, consistency, and customer service have exceeded our expectations.
