First time in this location and my son ask me to eat inside, I wasn’t sure about but I give it a try; I was very impress about Benny, super nice guy! he greet us with a great smile and eye contact! making us feeling welcome, took our order fast explain very well our options and suggest different ones… I was very impressed, thank you so much Benny for the great experience at Chick fill-A at Temple Terrace 😁
HORRIBLE. WORST CFA I've ever been to. We went through the drive thru for breakfast, the guy taking thr order was clearly new and nervous, no fault of his. After waiting almost 25min, we got our food. I asked for ketchup and the girl said, "It's in the bag." She couldn't be bothered. When we looked in our bag, two items were missing. We went last night through the drive thru. First the young lady who was taking our order was unfriendly and rude. The line wait was pretty quick considering the amount of cars. We got to the window/door & our order wasn’t ready. We ordered 3 12 piece nugget meals. The 2 young men who were handing out food were very obviously having a bad night. Chick-fil-A offers delicious nuggets and waffle fries with amazing sauce. The service is quick despite long lines, and the food is always fresh and hot. While mainly chicken-focused, they do have a hearty kale salad for vegetarians. Some wish for more vegetarian options. Benny was super nice and made customers feel welcome, greeting them with a great smile and eye contact. Kiersten was amazing, kind, and friendly, making sure orders were 100% correct. Some customers experienced forgotten ice cream and drinks, and one order was canceled after being accepted.
