“Shoutout to Nicole at the Southern Trace Dunkin. She is REALLY killing it at her job. She is SO incredibly kind and friendly and her customer service is amazing. My best friend and I visited this location recently and we were helped by Nicole and she really is super knowledgeable about everything and made us feel right at home.“
“Went through the drive thru, I got an apple fritter and a lg hot pumpkin latte (forgot to ask for Splenda) my bad. It wasn't that bad. 446A WWLD

“I had decided to stop at this location on my way to a business account after having stopped at the Brooksville Dunkin #351384 on Cortez Blvd. 20 minutes earlier and being left very disappointed after receiving two spongy non-glazed French Cruellers at that location via the drive-thru (public entry doors were locked).
I was telling the Dunkin associate here about my experience at the Brooksville location and asked if their French Cruellers were fresh and glazed after spotting them from a distance and she kindly brought the tray over to me so that I could see for myself. All I could say is that the difference was night and day visually and taste wise as well! (see photo) The very nice lady on her way out the door (named Dee) overheard my complaint to the associate and much to my surprise informed her to give the French Cruellers to me at no charge stating that regardless of where I had purchased the dissapointing donuts that Dunkin would do right by me to ensure customer satisfaction!
Now that's what I call customer service and integrity!👍🏼🙂
Thanks again Dee & associate!
I'll be sure to drop in again when I'm in the area!
All the best!😊

“Definitely the best Dunkin Donuts in The Villages. The one in Lady Lake is trashhhhh. Never have any donuts and get mad when you order the box o' joe. I'd rather make coffee at home with the back of my head on the burner and using my eye sockets to boil the water than go to Lady Lake Dunkin.“
