“I stopped in on a holiday, they were very busy but I see why, their food was delicious. We had the pulled pork, chicken, ribs, sausage and sides of Mac and cheese, potato salad and collard greens. All the food was on point, tender and flavorful. It was everything I hoped for when I was craving bbq. We will definitely be back.“

“Stopped by this brisket shop and wow — I’m still thinking about it! I ordered the double meat plate with double brisket, and it did not disappoint. Every slice was packed with flavor — some lean cuts that were tender and smoky, and others with just the right amount of fat that melted in your mouth. The bark was perfectly seasoned, and the smoke ring? Chef’s kiss. 💨 The sides deserve their own shoutout — the mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and topped with that golden crust, the kind that makes you go back for seconds. And let’s not forget the soft roll and the tangy pickled onions that added the perfect contrast to the rich brisket. I even dipped a piece of brisket into their barbecue sauce, and it took things to the next level. This spot is a must-visit for any BBQ lover. If you’re thinking about going — do it. Highly recommend the double brisket!“

“First visit to Kojaks this evening for dinner. We ordered a BBQ Chicken Dinner (1/4 white meat)with green beans and apple sauce ($8.50), a Chopped BBQ Beef sandwich with Mac n cheese ($8.95) and an extra side of baked beans and a corn muffin (.75). The chicken was tasty and moist, the green beans were just right and the apple sauce was tasty. The Chopped BBQ Beef sandwich was not my favorite. I knew when I ordered it that it would be in sauce and usually I prefer a sliced brisket sandwich without sauce but they did not have this as an option on the menu. I should have ordered something else and I’m not sure what I was thinking. However the Mac n cheese was really tasty and the baked beans were really good. The corn muffin was tasty and moist and I can recommend. We also ordered a small Housemade Sangria which was tasty.
This is a family owned and operated restaurant since 1947.
Seating is all indoor and the staff is friendly and helpful. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. Service was quick. Self serve beverages and proper fresh brewed iced tea (both unsweet and sweet).“

“OMG! Mr. Ice Cream did not come to play not one game! We got 2 dinners one turkey leg dinner with potato salad and beans and he even put the bean juice on my potato salad like i asked ? then one rib dinner with potato salad and beans. “I’ve been going to Perry’s since I was a little girl. On weekends with my family, we used to stop by here together, after perusing through the mall, and would have a nice meal together. The employees were always so friendly and kind each and every time. The quality is always amazing, the portion sizes are huge and generous, and the food is always fresh. I have never been disappointed coming here and despite there being newer locations, this one still has my heart after all this time. Over the past twenty years, the mall has changed a lot and has gone quite downhill. And yet, Perry’s is still the same. I came back here today after not visiting for almost 6 years. As expected, the food was exactly how I remembered. This is such a good spot for Chinese takeout and you really get your bang for your buck (a basic combo is somehow only $10 even in this economy)! Thank you for all the memories and lovely food Perry’s.“

“I've been eating at Jerry's smokehouse for many years he's been a friend and very good dude and makes the greatest barbecue sandwiches that melt in your. Also has a garden that sells flowers and yard bushes and trees get good deals.
Parking: Actually it's got a roundabout where you can drive in get out walk up and get your dinner or go inside and there's a couple picnic tables and stuff you can eat at and or you can get your food and go and circle right I out.
Kid-friendliness: Just real friendly people will do anything for you. Just ask and I'm sure you will be happy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah is wheelchair accessible that might be a little bumpy because there's a lot of you know rocks and stuff that go up to the to the BBQ smokehouse“

“Let's talk about the brisket taco. It doesn't matter if you order it as an appetizer, a meal, or to go.. just don't skip it! Side baked beans will make u question why u never knew about this restaurant! Don't be like me, just order 2 brisket tacos instead of trying to mix match like I did! Ask Sweet MEAGAN, the bartender, to hook u up a refreshing Brick's TEXAN Paloma cocktail (super balance and not too sweet)..oh yeah the meatloaf sliders is also a must!“
