“The absolute BEST catering in Tampa! The food is great, but most importantly Susan and Marin are exactly who you want in charge of catering for your wedding. There are so many details that go into a wedding and the food is the most important, who you hire to manage this is the most important decision you will make in my opinion. My wedding would not have been the same without their care, patience, work ethic, and quality. I loved the Paella, Mojo pork, green beans, and baked ziti, and one of my guests said it was the best food they've had at a wedding. My wedding was incredible because of all their hard work!“

“Stopped by this brisket shop and wow — I’m still thinking about it! I ordered the double meat plate with double brisket, and it did not disappoint. Every slice was packed with flavor — some lean cuts that were tender and smoky, and others with just the right amount of fat that melted in your mouth. The bark was perfectly seasoned, and the smoke ring? Chef’s kiss. 💨 The sides deserve their own shoutout — the mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and topped with that golden crust, the kind that makes you go back for seconds. And let’s not forget the soft roll and the tangy pickled onions that added the perfect contrast to the rich brisket. I even dipped a piece of brisket into their barbecue sauce, and it took things to the next level. This spot is a must-visit for any BBQ lover. If you’re thinking about going — do it. Highly recommend the double brisket!“

“Had the taco trio; pork beef and brisket. “Shia la Beef” (brisket) was my favorite but all were fantastic! Chips and queso were bland to me but I added pico and ate with my tacos. Ah-mazing nonalcoholic horchata and great friendly staff that took care to avoid my avocado allergy. Wonderful 🤌“

“AMAZING!! Chef Jorge cooked the most wonderful meal for our family last night in celebration of my mother’s birthday. He bought everything fresh the day of, and served us a 7 course dinner. Everything tasted delicious and was exactly to our specifications. It was so nice having the relaxing environment of our home rather than going to a steakhouse. I have small kids so it was wonderful when they got bored to just send them to another room to watch a movie rather than an embarrassing melt down at Ruth Chris etc. also, nice to be able to serve our own wine and not pay inflated restaurant prices! I highly, highly recommend. My parents want him over every week! Thanks Chef Jorge!“

“We had a big Brunch Celebration Party for my son's 35th, husband's 70th and house 100th Birthday and our 42nd wedding Anniversary. All the food from Joan's Catering was absolutely delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented! The two servers and bar tender could not have been more helpful and with it! High top tables and tableclothes came exactly when arranged. It is a rare experience to give praise that everything was Excellent!“

Last year we held our men's retreat in Tampa, Fl. Ava catered to about 12 of us. The food was absolutely delicious! She informed us that she's usually in between Tampa and ATL. So this year, we decided to hold our annual men's retreat in Atlanta, and we were able to book Ava again. This time she provided for 18 of us. And once again she did not disappoint. She came 3 days in a row and truly showed off.
She was always on time. Prepared the food on schedule. Professional. And overall amazing person!
We don't have a destination set for our next retreat, but may more than likely base it on were Ms Ava will be...“

I hosted a tea party bridal shower for my daughter with Leidy’s onsite help at our recreational center! The compliments are still forthcoming and the memories will be everlasting! Can’t wait to use their services again!“
