I normally feel awkward going into a new coffee place, with their daunting menus and dead inside employees, but this place is definitely not one of those. The owner immediately put me at ease and helped guide me through their options for the perfect cup of coffee while getting to know us and sharing about the coffee shop. The barista was so nice and made a fantastic cup of their Cocoahaze iced coffee. “EDIT: manager reached out and apologized for the mishap and communication breakdown; she assured me she would work on improving mobile/online order processes. Updated my stars to reflect my willingness to try them out again.Placed an order for pick-up since time was limited. Ordered coffee, smoothie and açaí bowl. There was a large line of people placing orders, and one staff assisting them. I arrived 20 mins after placing my order. There was no sign of food waiting for pick-up, so I tried to get the attention of one of many staff working—all appeared to be very busy, no eye contact even acknowledging me waiting in the pick-up area. After 5 mins I asked the one taking the orders if I was in the right spot—she said yes. Ok, so I wait a few more mins. They are busy—that’s cool. About 10 mins later, they call my name for my coffee and hand it to me. I figure the rest of my food (the smoothie and the bowl will be out momentarily. Another 10 mins go by and I’m getting anxious. I have to stop someone rushing by to inquire about the rest of my order. She finds the smoothie right away (it been ready for awhile sitting in their fridge) but she tells me they didn’t get the acai order. ??? I pull up the order in my email and it’s there. Meanwhile she has to ask a manager about it. She comes back and says they are out of açaí and couldn’t call me because they didn’t have my number. (My phone number was in my email receipt.) Things happen, I get that. But I wasted so much time because they didn’t acknowledge the out of stock item (and hand me the smoothie when they gave me the coffee. Seems like everyone is busy, but there is a lack of communication between stations. Just very disappointing. Won’t be back soon. And I hope I get the refund for the açaí bowl as promised.“

“Stella was absolutely amazing and helpful for my first of many experiences to follow. She absolutely puts in the effort to show her customer service skills, even including two sample donuts while we waited for our order to be put together. 36 donuts was more than we expected, but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. “Café Vino Tinto has given me some of the sweetest memories over the last couple of years. It is mine and my co-workers favorite place to celebrate, say goodbye, or go to when we're having a bad day because the food & staff will always make our day 10x better! The baristas are a joy and if I am struggling with picking what to drink, they always come through with great picks! The outdoor patio seating is serene and very aesthetic. You MUST try the breakfast burrito!! I dream about it. It's really THAT good. The waffles are super gourmet, and each bite is decadent. I recommend the tiramisu or the banana & pecan. If you are not into coffee, I recommend a blueberry lemonade. It is perfectly sweet and tart. I can never leave without getting a strawberry or blueberry danish when they are available or in season. They are made from scratch and there is love in every single bite. Please stop by this cafe if you're ever in the Safety Harbor area -- you won't regret it!“

“What a gem in downtown Tampa! These mini donuts are just the right treat for strolling through the city. The unique are fun to try. It reminds me of a childhood dream. Haha. “Omg :') Spaddy's.... !!!!!!!! I have lived in Tampa almost two years and I am SO upset with myself for not trying this place sooner. Literally this may be the best coffee in Tampa... maybe the best coffee I have ever had... I was completely blown away this morning. I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and I didn't even know that vanilla could taste like this. I guess their in-house made syrup is the real key. It was SO good and I am SO happy with it! I already cannot wait to come back and have it again. I am still sipping on it (slowly) because I just want it to last forever. The baristas were also super friendly, kind and helpful. The place itself is a vibe too - it's just a large coffee RV that you walk up to order at, then plenty of picnic tables and tables to enjoy your coffee at. Also a plus that it's next to La Segunda bakery :)“

“I've stopped there in numerous occasions for a pint found the service and beer above average. Located in a former gas station on Florida avenue it has that feel if the people back in the day could talked to you they share some great stories it has the homey vibe to it . But been there twice in two weeks to check out the menu and the beer again after a brief hiatus. Found the beer to be crisp and fresh the service a little more attentive and the food great for any of the beers. Pretzels were bang on with the mustard and the beer cheese . Had" The Rob " roast beef on weck and the horseradish sauce was fire. I'll be back to explore the rest of the menu if I leave the beers alone for room to taste the rest of the culinary bites.“

“I don't usually drink coffee, but once in a blue moon I do like to enjoy a good coffee or a Chai Tea Latte. This morning I met Josh and wanted to try their dirty Chai Tea Latte. It was quickly made and it's appearance looked very inviting. The drink was delicious, warming and calming. After I was finished with that, I requested to have a large normal Chai Tea Latte to go. The price was fair for what I got, and the service was prompt. Josh was kind and I had a quick friendly conversation while cashing out. I hope he has a nice day with his family coming in. “Really fluffy waffles with perfectly crispy edges. I went with a create your own option where I got dark chocolate filling and a variety of fresh fruit, with coconut shavings. Everything was fresh and delicious. I accompanied the waffle with a cappuccino which came with a small sample of vanilla gelato in a tiny cone. The perfect compliment to the cuppucino and you don’t even need any additional sugar. Friendly staff, quiet and clean environment. Will definitely be back to try a savory waffle soon!“

“Jess is the sweetest! My conversation with Jess was amazing, she is extremely friendly and loves striking up a conversation. I visited the shop while in town, my family is looking to move and I can say that if we do move to Tampa, Jess will see me as a regular. I had the cheddar and spinach quiche and a chai. My quiche was delicious, the crust was crispy and the eggs were nice and fluffy. Definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a cute spot in town.“

“Our family went to this bakery during our family vacation August 2023. My husband researched this location months before to try out hand on some local/historical cuisine. When we arrived the staff were welcoming and helped us decide our food choice. We all had sandwiches which tasted amazing on the homemade bread baked fresh daily. The desserts were delightful. I had the guava cheese turnover style dessert that brought me back to my summers visiting family in Barbados. If you’re ever in Ybor City, please check them out! “Visited this shop at Sparkman Wharf and LOVED the coffee!!! Provided a great beverage alternative to alcohol while enjoying time at the wharf. The barista (Alissa) was so pleasant and wonderful - she offered her help in selecting a drink, explained the flavor creations to me, and sold me on the spiced orange iced latte. “I definitely recommend this lounge. It's has a very relaxing atmosphere, a great tea selection, tea related items for sale, teas for purchase and food (rice bowls and sandwiches...most are vegan). I've been there alone and with a group of friends for tea and early dinner. I also went there once to use their Wi-Fi in an emergency, it was a true lifesaver. Also their cupcakes are magnificent, the matcha frosting is awesome!“

I haven't tried the food or coffee, so can only speak for the booch.This taproom doesn't quite hit five stars for me (4.5 for sure though if an option) because I think there can be more unique options of flavors at a place that's specifically a kombucha taproom. From my experience, going to a kombucha taproom means finding flavors I won't find at the store, but I don't totally get that here... They had a new special the rose Matcha with banana cream, cold foam and at first I was a little hesitant but honestly, it’s one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. We thought it was awesome that we had the ability to choose 2 flavors within just one scoop! The only reason I did not give the atmosphere 5 stars is because there was limited seating (18 in all I believe - not bad) but right outside the door was basically a sports bar. This may be a plus for someone else though.
