The range of drinks this guy can create is insane. He's got everything from kava and kratom to the best coffee and tea. And the hookah blends - are great. Dan's a great dude to hang out with. He's always got time for a chat, even when the place is packed. He remembers your name, your favorite drink, and he's interested in what you think. The Heights Lounge is fantastic. I was a tad disappointed with the burritos. I really wanted the steak burrito with no cheese, however they are pre made and can't take the cheese off. I was offered the vegan burrito, again, with the cheese on it. I declined. If they can make a few burritos without cheese, then I'd be back!“

This staff there is absolutely incredible. Every single individual I have come encounter with have just the absolute best. Customer service. I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my 37 years of living. Better value in quality than Starbucks or Dunkin. It’s really hard to find such good quality along side, five star, hospitality, and Service. “What a cute jem 💎 of a bakery. The barista was super welcoming and sweet upon my arrival. I had the lavender milk tea and a breakfast pastry as well as some other dessert goods. Absolutely delicious and not overly sweet like other places. It was the right consistency and sweetness to my liking. Really glad I decided to check this place out. Super cute atmosphere with a really fun gift store section to purchase fun things from. You can tell the quality is really good here. pro:The place is beautiful. Provides plenty seatings (sofa, reading chairs, and dining chairs),Plenty outlets for your electronics. It's kept at a comfortable temperature. Good lighting for writing and reading.
For the cons, The music was a tad bit too loud. The bar stools was super uncomfortable! Perhaps it's by design.... The two Baristas working that night, unfortunately, didn't add anything to this, otherwise wonderful space. They were cold, and bit standoffish. I visit space like this not for the drinks, or the food solely, but a large part for the vibe, community, service, esthetics and inspiration. So when the staff don't play the part, it greatly diminished the experience, or downright defeat the Purpose of visiting. I would recommend this place.“

The matcha was really yummy, but I didn't know you could add any flavoring to it since the woman who checked me out didn't offer. I only saw it on a small board once I paid and received it, so that sucked, but at least the drink wasn't nasty so it wasn't all bad. Seating was comfy. Nice place to relax and work at. $10 for a fried egg, two strips of ham, and one piece of sourdough toast is excessive. I understand the need to pay the rent in such an expensive area, but still. The most that should be is $6 or $7.“
