I observed him around the restaurant and his passion for people and really creating an amazing guest experience was top notch. “We are from Chicago and have been searching for a good Chicago pizza. Paul's is thin, crispy and delicious. He also serves stuffed pizza. The beef sandwiches and Chicago dogs are really good choices also. Don't hesitate to stop here.!“

“Water+flour is an absolute gem! We’ve been coming here for years and recently it’s become our favorite place to eat consistently. Every time we go eat here no matter the time of day we are in awe of the great service and the delicious food. The atmosphere is always so relaxing even when they’re busy it’s enjoyable , adding to the overall experience. We most recently went to celebrate my birthday and our server was Megan she was seriously amazing and made it feel like such a special experience! The place is usually busy with couples of all ages, groups of friends, 3-4 generations of families dinning together. It's wonderful! The food is always good to very good to great! The burger was a hit for my 9 yr old boy which was not off the kids menu , and the fried calamari? Simply delicious.
