Very good Puertorican restaurants in the Hwy 60, in Valrico. Not far from Brandon Exchange. Parking may be limited during peak hours.
Love their Frappé. Had the incredible Pechuga Rellena ( Filled Chicken Breast). Best from it is the filling of Maduros inside and the Bacon outer layer. All top with White melted cheese.

El Paladar Jibaro Bar Restaurant is a very good Puerto Rican restaurant in the Hwy 60, in Valrico, not far from Brandon Exchange. Parking may be limited during peak hours. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. The Frappé is loved, and the incredible Pechuga Rellena (Filled Chicken Breast) stands out, with the filling of Maduros inside and the Bacon outer layer, all top with White melted cheese. The Morcilla is the best in a very long time. The monfongo with garlic shrimp was tasty and moist. The picadera is a platter with fried pork, fried chicken, chorizo, alcapurea, fried green Plantains with rice and beans. The fried pork belly was a huge piece of meat. The chicken kabobs with the garlic bread are a must have. The service is phenomenal and way better than the business next to them. The atmosphere is calm with great music, and it feels like being back in Puerto Rico. Definitely recommended for authentic Puerto Rican food.
