“Last year for my small business Christmas party I want to Firehouse Subs for catering. The price was amazing. But when we set up that evening we noticed that the order was flipped, mostly veggie sandwiches and very little meat, it was ordered the other way. My husband ran to Public and got meat and Firehouse Subs refunded my money and offered to remake the order, which I declined. This year, I tried them again. It was PERFECT!! Everyone ate everything and the price, again, amazing. Thank you Firehouse Subs, we look forward to next year!!“

“Went there around 3pm today. There only seemed to be one lady on duty, I’m not sure though, but she was very kind. The store was clean and service was quick for one person. She even gave me some Doritos from the back even though there weren’t any at the front. I love going to this Subway, have never had any problems and the food is always as expected!“

“To the lady on the line who overheard my husband place my order and worked absolute MAGIC, thank you. I wish I knew your name. Per my request, my husband asked for a crazy amount of mushrooms to be added to my steak and cheese sandwich. He told the gentleman taking the order that his wife was very pregnant (I am, at 37 weeks) and needed ALL of the mushrooms. Most of the time, it’s just a few scattered mushrooms anytime I’ve asked anywhere else, which is honestly what I expected. This wonderful lady who made my sandwich DELIVERED. She ever so thoufhtfully listened and generously obliged and I cannot thank her enough. Here’s why - this is my 4th and last baby and the hardest pregnancy I’ve had by far. I was diagnosed early on with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which is INSANE nausea (and the bodily functions that accompany it) throughout the duration of my pregnancy - not just the first trimester like most women. It’s been the longest, hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’ve been hospitalized, dehydrated, and barely making it through. With that, I’ve had NO pregnancy cravings. I was robbed of that joy this time around. I’ve only had aversions this whole time and then just foods I could tolerate, usually meal replacement shakes. For whatever reason today, I wanted this sandwich with those mushrooms and I was so hopeful it was done right. It was done PERFECTLY. And then she gave me extra pickle spears! And the pickles here are my favorite pickles of all the sub shops! Ma’am - I wish I knew your name. I hope you get to read this and know it’s you that made the end of this journey a bit more bearable for me. I’m actually looking forward to eating tonight instead of dreading it, so thank you. Truly.“

“Jersey Mikes at this location has always done an outstanding job. Today they were extremely busy. I think a new guy was working today. They had a lot of online orders (like mine) and a lot of people in the store. Busy is an understatement. I walked out 34 minutes after my online order should have been done. Got my order and left but instead of a veggie I got two turkeys. The veggie was for someone who cannot eat meat. Not won’t, can’t, due to a kidney disorder. Traffic was bad and we couldn’t go back so that person didn’t eat right then and we had to stop down the road for something else. Also, no chips. Grrr…. Most of you know how frustrating this is. At the same time, I could see these guys were doing their best to get the orders out and I can’t imagine the pressure they must have felt with people staring them down as they were standing around waiting for their orders. Guys, especially the new guy, don’t get to going so fast you lose sight of the detail. Food can kill. Take your time and do it right. People are already waiting. They will have to wait another 2, or 3, or 4 minutes longer. Yes, they will not be happy. Yes, they will look at you and make noises of displeasure sometimes. But you have to put that out of your head and take your time to get the order right. One peanut can kill someone. The customers will wait. I think in situations like this the customers should be told to take a number and have a seat. We’re getting caught up and will be will you in just a few moments. I think the customers were ok for the most part. No one was raising hell or acting stupid. I think everyone could see how hard these guys were working today. I guess this just goes to show you how good Jersey Mikes is. Everyone wants Jersey Mikes.“

“We eat at this location often and really enjoy it, but the experience can vary depending on who prepares the food. When it’s made well, it’s great. But when basic ingredients that are supposed to come on the sandwich are missing, it really takes away from the meal—we usually end up taking only a couple of bites before losing our appetite.

“This Subway is alright. The only highlight about this Subway is the personnel. Sydney! she always greets every customer with a smile. She is the best sandwich maker that this franchise has to offer!
As well as having a new Manager in charge Cat!
I have high hopes for this location with Cat in charge, as the previous manager was crap.
Due to rising prices and policies don't expect a large portion of meat. I would double down if you are indeed hungry and looking for a satisfactory sandwich.

This locations best associate imo is Sydney, so make sure to TIP WELL. They work solo alot of the time.“
