Went there Sunday night, with a large party for a birthday. Our waiter was on point. I made a joke as to the screw up on food, seeing I have no filter, not sure if it was taken wrong. However, it was made right, bit it was disappointing that the original steak I ordered was medium rare and the second one arrived well done. First time.
Went tonight for our anniversary. service and food was outstanding! Not disappointed.
We went on March 30, 2025.
As we always patron the bar, they were short staffed. Kate did an incredible job with a full bar and taking care of the whole place. Devin, Felice, and Kurt took over. The service continued to be spot on. The whole place was packed with standing room only.
We went light with soups and salad. Just perfect. It was a great night and socializing with the patron.

PRIME Serious Steak Venice is an impressive restaurant, known for its excellent service and top-quality food. The NY strip steak is a must-try. The restaurant stands out for its classy atmosphere, with tableside salad preparation adding to the overall experience. This place is always busy and really loud. The staff was amazing and the service continued to be spot on. Food was great, especially the Lobster Bisque with real lobster in it! Pop overs were delish! A visit to PRIME is sure to satisfy any steakhouse enthusiast.
