“I went to Vorey's for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Great sandwiches for lunch and can't wait to test out their bagels for breakfast! Sandwiches are stock full and their pasta salad was great! Wish I was given a little more than they give but by far worth going back!“

“This place is amazing, the mamas special coffee was out of this world! the owner even had his mother here with him. Where the mamas coffee originated lmao, we ordered a couple muffins with chocolate, and this gentleman brought over some extra treats and called it a chocolate buffet! Most homey place in town! Only downside is that it’s open Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Which means I’ll have to wait 5 whole days to get another’s mamas coffee lmao“

“This morning, I was feeling like I wanted bagels. It's months since going to this location. The bagels are great; however, the customer service and wait time through drive thru is terrible. I placed my order 7:15, drove to window and it waa one vehicle in front of me. We waited forever, finally, they passed his bag to him. I asked the lady what is going on, she ignored my question and ask for my rewards number. I received my order at 7:33 waiting 10 plus minutes crazy; needless to say this was very disappointing. There has been times this happened before, but the cashier would pass out inconvenience cards for a free bagel.I arrived to my office and my bagel was not cut in half as requested. I definitely will not go there again anytime soon omw to work.“

“I ordered on uber eats a breakfast sandwhich and a bagel. Under the flavored bagels no where does it give an option for cream cheese choice, nor does it have an option to purchase cream cheese under a side or extra tab or anywhere for that matter. So I called the store to see if they could add it or put it on the side. The answer was no because it costs money. I am happy to pay-- the uber eats site does not offer it. I was told to contact someone that designs the site. Poor poor poor customer service that you couldn't throw in the cream cheese. The cost of that little amount to the cost of us not being a return customer ($23-30 our orders)was nothing. I could have gave them the money next time I was in. Shame on poor customer service. We just moved to Palm Bay--- we have been eating out all meals all week. This was the first poor service with an attitude to boot.“
