“I ordered a party pack for delivery and held my breath with my fingers crossed. Luckily, this store packaged everything so well that it arrived in near perfect form. They were even thoughtful enough to send two six packs instead of the larger box and separated the chilled cookies from the regular ones so it was super easy to store everything when it got here. “321 Ice Cream is incredible. We had a 4 day event serving their ice cream to over 1400 of our employees. They came with an awesome case, that gave the atmosphere of being in an ice cream shop. The ice cream was great, and they offered sugar free and dairy free options so everyone could participate. (And there were a TON of toppings). The staff serving the event was professional, yet fun. They were all in uniform including huge smiles, and they kept the area spotless. They interacted with our staff, and the POSITIVE feedback we received from our employees was fantastic. Will DEFINITELY recommend them and use them again when we have another function like this.“

The drive thru option is super convenient, and the staff was so friendly. The ice cream was so good we ended up stopping by twice in one day! I moved to Florida when my wife Rosanne left me for Brian. All the other employees were very enthusiastic and on their feet! “Would love to give a five. I have always loved you guys I love your Banana Splits. I waited in line for probably 30 minutes for a chocolate milkshake because I assumed your milkshakes would be way better than McDonald's. People will wait for something that's good.but I'm headed to McDonald's next I should not have bothered waiting in line...I get my $7 milkshake... pretty sure it's vanilla ice cream with a very minute amount of chocolate syrup in it. it does not even taste like ice cream. The closest thing I can compare this flavor to would be frozen yogurt which is disgusting it should have never been invented ...I took two sips of it and I'm throwing it away it may have been worth $7 for Frozen vanilla milk it was not worth my time to wait in line for 30 minutes for it extremely disappointed in the milkshake“

I got the buffalo wings and my goodness they were lit!🔥 The smoke flavor combined with the sauce was incredible. Yes, they actually smoke meat. Had a great chat with one of the owners, he was very personable and his excitement for what he’s doing was apparent. Husband really enjoyed the brisket pizza. “It's a family friendly place . The food is amazing and Brielle are waitress was friendly and has a great sense of humor. I had my wife looking for a pine float on the menu and she couldn't find it so I got up and got a toothpick. Then she got to enjoy her first pine float . We spoke with Mrs. Jane who works here and has been at many of the friendly's locations. She is one of the nicest lady's we spoke to all day . And one other thing this place is 1000 time's better than steak & shake . They don't have waitresses and you have to order your food from some stupid kiosk machines. So in all it's a two thumbs up for friendly's . From my Wife and I . Happy wife happy life . Anyway they have amazing deserts to.“
