“The person taking our order should be more friendly. Not stone faced. Also the prices to eat need to come down to make it a combo.
Parking: Have to park over by small cakes, Sparrows Greek food , or around the corner by Moe‘s“

“Terra Craft Sandwiches 231 W. Hibiscus Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32901 5 Stars Terra Craft Sandwiches is a relatively new fast-casual sandwich shop in Melbourne. The counter help today was Andrea. Andrea was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the menu. I put in an order for a Brisket, a Ribeye and one Chicken Salad sandwich. Taking in the environs, I snapped a few pictures and before too long, our order was up. Heading back to a table, I took some pics and commenced dining. One bite into the Brisket sandwich and I knew that apparently someone finally got the HINT! The Brisket was slow-cooked to a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The bread was freshly made, thickly sliced, warm, and tasty. However, the stars of this show were the root beer sage BBQ sauce and house-made pickles. That's right. They make their own pickles in the back! Forcing myself to move on, I grabbed the Ribeye sandwich and stuffed it in my pie hole. Made of shaved ribeye, white cheddar, braised scallions, chimichurri aioli, refried bean fondue (I didn't even know there was such a thing) and shoestring taters, this was to die for. I had to double-check on my phone to ensure I was still in Brevard County. Yep. I was. Unbelievable. Reaching for the last sammich to be tested, I ripped into the Chicken Salad sandwich like there was no tomorrow. This was certainly a Chicken Salad sandwich like I have never had before. With slow-roasted Cabernet grapes, shoestring sweet potatoes and roasted chicken breast on a flaky flatbread, this had to be the best Chicken Salad sandwich ever concocted. As I have said repeatedly, the engineers have doomed this county when it comes to good food. That said, as I was dining, in walked Glenn. I immediately pegged him as an engineer. New Balance running shoes and an overly tucked-in shirt were my first clues. All he needed was a pocket protector and a Honda Accord. Anyway, I asked him why an engineer would eat here. He replied, “Because the food is outstanding. The price is a tad high but worth it.” Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe engineers will fork out some moola for quality food. All this food is made on-site by a chef with mad skills, and boy, oh boy, does it taste like it. Hallelujah, Michelin! We finally have great food in Brevard!! The Big Boy says, “If you don't like this food, I will personally come over to your place and hammer you with a pillowcase full of pocket protectors and slide rules.”“

“Mash Hoagies- Palm Bay- 3 Stars As I left MASH Hoagies in Palm Bay, full but not completely satisfied, I couldn't help but think of the late, great Rodney Dangerfield who once said, "I get no respect, I tell ya. The way my luck is running, if I was a politician, I would be honest." That is exactly how Sonny, the owner of MASH Hoagie's struck me. He is an honest, hard-working fellow, who wants nothing but to make the best product he can for his customers. Unfortunately, circumstances beyond his control prevent him from doing just that. Wanting to grasp the ever-elusive American Dream, Sonny purchased MASH Hoagies less than two months ago and is giving it the old college try. Sadly, it would appear, he is dying on the vine so to speak. Running a restaurant is a tough enough industry in which to find success, add to that buying a place with "meh" reviews to begin with and you have your work cut out for you. This eatery has everything you want in a casual dining experience: a clean, well lit, spacious dining area (including outdoor seating) and a friendly, helpful, motivated, on point staff. The only thing missing here is quality meats. I am sure that Sonny bought the place with the meat distributor already in place. Being a new owner, I don't blame him for sticking with them while he gets his feet wet in the marketplace. However, that time has long passed and it is time he moves beyond the shredded, pressed, sliced and processed meats (ala Subway and Jersey Mike's) and goes with a real meat distributor like Boar's Head or Deli Master's. I ordered "The Colonel Blake" as I never really got over Radar's infamous line, "I have a message. Lieutenant Colonel ... Henry Blake's plane ... was shot down ... over the Sea of Japan. It spun in ... there were no survivors." and I felt I needed the closure. I continued small talk with the engaging owner as he handcrafted my sub so that I could, in my own small way, say,"Abyssinia," to Col. Blake. The first thing that caught my eye was the way Sonny cuts the bread for his sandwiches; akin to how Subway originally cut theirs, he "scoops" out the top and makes a long bread bowl in which to ply his craft. He then expertly lays the ingredients down with care and genuine passion for his food. The green, crisp lettuce is placed on the bottom, followed by garden fresh tomatoes and then the whole kit and caboodle heads south with the introduction of the processed meat food product stacked high -- all topped off with your selection of sliced cheese. Everything was great, except, as noted before, the processed meats. If Sonny gets a new meat distributor I'll be back, meanwhile, The Big Boy says, "It's not bad if you're in a pinch and it has a great owner, but your food dollar would be better spent elsewhere.“

“The food has definitely improved. Message to the owners. Pay the good people you have enough so they will stay, you earning a little more money so you can pay your employees less, is a good way to lose money in the long run. The two ladies working there last night were excellent and should be treated as such.... Not what I know they are getting paid.“

“Ordered a sub through the Jersey mikes app and it was subcontracted to DoorDash. Unfortunately, my sub never made it to me. The doordasher had an incorrect address on his end, so he delivered the sub to the wrong address. I texted asking if it was delivered (doing no-contact deliveries due to COVID-19) and he said yes. I hadn’t received it and that’s when he realized he had a different address. He drove back to the house he delivered it to, but the homeowner had already eaten it. He let me know what happened and spoke with DoorDash about it but I never heard back from him or from DoorDash about a refund or another sub. Called Jersey Mikes on Palm Bay road and had the pleasure of speaking to Megan, one of the owners. She refunded me my money, and had Douglas, after he got off work, deliver a new sub to my door with 2 cookies! Thank you so much for fixing a mistake that wasn’t made on your end! As someone who works long hours at the hospital during this crazy time, I truly appreciate you guys going above and beyond to make a customer happy!“

“This one of the nicest Subway's I've ever been to. Extremely clean and great service. Everyone seemed to be happy to be working there. Not like some places where the people seem to be hating life in general. Have visited as an online customer and everything was done and waiting when I arrived. Also as a walk-in customer and everything was quick and accurate with a smile. Bravo people that's how it done!“

“Super friendly team! I received a warm greeting as soon as I entered. The lady at the front register was very welcoming. When I got my sandwich, it had tomatoes on it, which I don't like and hadn't seen in the sandwich description. I went back to the front and let them know that it was wrong. Turns out, it wasn't wrong - lettuce, tomato, and mayo come on every sandwich. I later realized that the lady at the front desk had asked if I was OK with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on my sandwich, and I totally missed what she had said. You know those moments when you go on autopilot when ordering and agree with what is said without actually registering what is said? Yeah, I had one of those moments. Long story short, the sandwich wasn't wrong, I received exactly what I had ordered! Both the lady at the register and the manager who came over were so kind, and offered to remake the sandwich at no charge, despite it being my mistake (I really really really dislike raw tomato). I couldn'tbe more appreciative! Top notch customer service!!!“

“I wasn't always a fan of Subway. Recently I've been eating them do to being a diet and their bowls are great. Until my recent order tonight. I've spent a lot of money in the last few months. All my orders have been $60 tops. With two kids and spouse. Well the bowl I got had 5 pieces of meat and missing most of the toppings I requested. So I paid $13 for a few pieces of meat and some lettuce. I'm very disappointed 😞 Think I will take my business back to Jersey Mike's.“

“I used to go to Subway at Baymeadows store # 42816-0 and even though it was .5 miles from my house, I stopped because Wendy's crew was SO rude and petty to me; but ever since the manager Jacob Groo took over the store, the food is great, and the SERVICE is so much better. Thanks Jacob, you have a customer for life. VALERIE MCLEOD

“While Subway and Firehouse Subs aren't bad, Jersey Mike's is better than most sub chains. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is welcoming. 10 Stars!
Parking: Parking is never a problem as Jersey Mike's shares a common wall with CVS next door.
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk around the building is wheelchair accessible.“

“Wow! Their newest Kimchi Cheesesteak is the tastiest fast casual food I have had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. Our family also enjoys the Lemon Pepper Rub bone-in wings. We don’t eat out or get drive thru/takeout often, but, when we do, it has got to be worth the money, especially these days. Plus, this year, we have been really focused on spending our dollars at places along 192. We want to keep 192 alive and thriving, with retailers and restaurants along 192 enjoying continued success along with newer areas that have been developed in recent years. Someone in our family is driving along 192 every single day. This Charley’s location with drivethru service has been a great addition to 192. The crew have always been friendly, orders accurate, and quality and taste of food worth the money.
Dietary restrictions: Our keto focused family members enjoy the Lemon Pepper Rub bone-in wings. But they also enjoy the cheesesteak sandwiches. They just eat the meat, cheese, and toppings and toss the bread. We no doubt could order without the bread but just find it easier to take home as prepared than do a special low carb order.“

“Planet Grilled Cheese, Melbourne Square Mall, 1700 West New Haven Avenue, Suite 385, Melbourne, FL- 3-Stars The first time I ever encountered a restaurant dedicated solely to grilled cheese sandwiches I was in Providence, Rhode Island and was totally blown away. So, imagine my excitement when I saw that Planet Grilled Cheese replaced Subway in the food court at Melbourne Square. This franchised gem is not going to win any culinary awards, but they do quickly and competently prepare a grilled cheese. These slightly above average sandwiches might have curbed my enthusiasm, but as classic comfort food goes, these handhelds still comforted. I should point out that the cashier thought I was secretly recording her. I ask you, is there anything quite as refreshing as encountering schizophrenia in a company representative? I’m not sure what I did to make her so cagey. I tried coaxing a smile from her with no luck. But getting back to the food. I ordered the Four Cheese Melt, described as having “All-Natural Cheddar, Mozzarella, Provolone and American.” Next came the Chicken Bacon Ranch, billed as containing “American, All-Natural Cheddar & Mozzarella, Antibiotics-and-Hormones-Free Grilled Chicken, Smoked Bacon, and Creamy Ranch.” Last was the Ultimate Club, indicated to be comprised of “American, All-Natural Cheddar, Antibiotics-and-Hormones-Free Grilled Chicken, Smoked Bacon, Fresh Lettuce, Vine Ripe Tomatoes and Mayo. This might be just your simple, basic, frozen reheat chicken and bacon, but for fast food, this place is a notch above your run-of-the-mill burger joint. Nothing great, nothing bad. All sandwiches on the menu (like those made at this spot by Subway before Planet Grilled) are touted as being served on locally baked bread. The Big Boy says, “If you are hankering for a grilled cheese sammie, Planet Grilled Cheese is a solid choice. No harm, no foul. Just don’t make eye contact with Ally.”“

“We stop here at least twice a month on Thursday nights. Always great subs and friendly staff. Jess was outstanding, quick and precise. She has a great attitude! We do feel for her safety being there alone at night. It's not a great location and the parking area is not well lit. Please provide her some assistance.“
