“Planta Queen on Las Olas is absolutely amazing. We ordered takeout (because it was Easter Sunday, and restaurants are packed!). We ordered seven different dishes, and we were blown away by each and every one. This fully vegan restaurant offers mainly Asian food that is fresh, beyond flavorful and totally different from your local Asian restaurant. They offer whole food items, no processed food, very fresh and unlike anything you've ever tasted before. Yes, they are expensive. And worth every penny. My taste buds had a real blast!! SO GOOD!!! It is a small chain with about 20 locations - many of them in Florida, but we're so glad there's a location near us!!! Try something truly different and so delicious for a change!!“

I had the breakfast special that morning, & one of the employees recommended I try the tuna sandwich for lunch. Outside of Thailand, this was the tastiest Thai food that I've ever had. That is all.“

“This was our first time here and just wow! Every single staff member was so sweet and generous. The cashier explained the entire menu and how to order. They cook let us taste the amazing brisket and then our whole party ordered it. The manager was generous and we gave his staff compliments and wished their was a tip jar. “Last night my brother went to their new location in Hialeah next to Milander park. This place did not disappoint we ordered pan con bistecs. Steak quesadillas and chick quesadillas. Although he brought it home to eat at was delicious not greasy and full of meat and flavor. I had to pull into the Selena Motel parking lot where i found a valet guy that parked my car for me. Im assuming there may be parking nearby, but i elected to valet since it was there. Sound was good and the dj's were good. I really like this place for underground type venue and hope to be back soon.“

My organization has a brunch there and they even allowed us time to come early and decorate the place.I truly recommend the Amoretto Tiramisu. Compared to another local Cuban joint, this is the favorite for us. I enjoyed their breakfast, my favorite part was the pecan waffle! The kitchen prepared it just right using plenty of small diced bits of pecan and mixing it with larger chunks. The orange juice was phenomenal by the way, fresh squeezed and worth every penny. Lastly, and the main reason we had to hit this place up twice during our 3 day stay, the cafe Cubano was perfectly brewed. There was a nice balance of coffee, cream, and sugar, with no bitterness. I’m not even a coffee drinker but I definitely enjoyed this cup ‘o Joe! The only downside is parking, good luck during peak hours which are most the time.“
