I had Jacob, Nurbin, and Tyler (one of the managers) working the front when I ordered. Not only were the working non-stop, but they also gave time to strike conversation and make every customer feel welcome.“

“Surprised it was pretty good. I had a Cobb salad and my brother had the sourdough chicken something or other sandwich and the kids all had double patty burgers which they said were pretty good. The sweet potato fries were pretty good Don’t use the self service kiosk if you want to know what’s going on or where to get your cups, etc. like an idiot I did a 20% tip before getting my food and they didn’t deliver napkins with our food (although I did select napkins with my order, but you actually have to order on the kiosk screen). They didn’t salt my sweet potato fries, even though I asked for salt on them according to the kiosk.“

It had been a while since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier, Contessa, went above and beyond: she kindly explained the new menu options, including the combo meals, and was incredibly patient with my friend, who speaks limited English.

Our food came out quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. As we were finishing up, Contessa came by while tidying the dining area (which was immaculate) and checked in to make sure everything was great. We ended up having a light, friendly conversation, and her warm, funny personality made us feel genuinely welcome.

We ventured to JJ’s again. Great choice! I purchased a different sub than before which was equally delicious ?. My Dear Husband and son got their own. Everyone enjoyed their meal! Thanks again!

I love salads over subs. But, this is an excellent exception. We ordered 2 #17’s and a J.J. Gargantuan for Thursdays lunch. A sub shop we’ve slept on. Wow, what an amazing sandwich, no kidding. I had a giant sized sandwich, which I cut in half. My son thought mine was his and ate it. Later on in the day while I was napping he asked Dad about the other sandwich. I woke up thinking of this sandwich lol. I found out I had nothing left. Until the next time.

I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“
