“Had a great experience! I was with my 5 year old, and they were very patient while he was deciding what he wanted. Answered all of my questions and were very accommodating! I had the Firehouse Hero, and my son had a kid's turkey and cheese. We both thoroughly enjoyed our subs! I don't usually eat hot subs, but this was delicious! Will definitely be going back :-)“

“Always quick and accurate! During a busy day waiting in line is the last time I have time for since they have started accepting online pickup orders it’s great being able to walk in pick up my order and leave. The one thing I wish was that you could order soup from the app.“

“Pretty standard Subway. Service is good except when the owner only places one employee to run the whole place. Inconsiderate. The employees are always agreeable and do a good job with the sandwiches as much as can be done with a subway sub.“

Not knowing what to expect, I was greeted by shift leader Chandler who walked me through all options and took the time to ensure that I knew what I was ordering. He ended up making my sandwich to perfection. And while he was making the subs, I had the pleasure of meeting another employee Fred who also was making sure I was liking my first visit. These two were absolute superstars with Chandler showing first hand why he is a shift leader. And then of course there is Kaleb Webb who delivers the epitome of customer service I suggest you visit this location if you want great sandwhiches made by first-class team members who if they could be cloned would ensure Jersey Mikes remains at the top of the heap. They are all about the brand and are indeed superstars. Plus the restaurant was spotless!“

“I love visiting El Cubano Sandwich Shop because the food is good, authentic, and well priced. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the place is always clean. I love that they have games on the tables including Domino sets. This is definitely a place I will continue visiting.“

“Food is always great at JM's, but what makes this specific location the best is the two young ladies who closed on Thursday, July 24th. I am in the restaurant biz myself, and I was amazed at how nice and genuine they were. I entered around 8:40 pm (they closed at 9:00pm) and I asked if I could still order and they didn't blink. They made me feel relaxed that I could enjoy my meal after I worked a 12-hour shift.

To Caesar (owner) and Cassidy (GM), I am sure you are aware already, but you have two great employees working for you and who representJM with such kindess and professionalism.
