“I hosted my baby shower at Oceanic and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The Southern Room upstairs was the ideal size for our 40 guests. Spacious yet intimate, with such a beautiful atmosphere and access to a private balcony overlooking the beach. Our event coordinators, Casey and Maria, were incredible to work with throughout the planning process. They were both organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making everything seamless.
The buffet options were fantastic, our guests are still raving about the chicken and waffles, and the donut hole bar was such a fun and delicious hit. On the day of the event, Bobby and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, helpful, and truly made us feel taken care of.
We’ve received so many compliments from our guests about the food, service, and overall experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special day. Highly recommend!“

“We had the best dinner at a local Plantation restaurant - we highly recommend Burtons Grill & Bar! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even the Manager came over to our table to thank us. I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The nice thing we liked about it, also, is that there is a lovely outdoor patio with fans and very comfortable. Our server was delightful, and we noticed that ALL of the servers were smiling and attentive to everyone! Oh, yes, we will be back!!“

“Amazing experience from start to finish. Chad provided great service—attentive, friendly, and on point. The food was outstanding: the 1 lb meatball was huge and flavorful, the chicken wings were perfectly cooked, the crispy jalapeño potatoes had the right kick, and the wedge burger was fresh, juicy, and delicious. Everything came out hot and tasted amazing. Will definitely be back!

“I enjoyed my first time eating at Ford’s Garage in Plantation. My husband and I went for dinner on a Tuesday night. Garrett was our server, he greeted us immediately for our drink order and recommended appetizers, took our orders and made sure to check on us - he provided excellent service! We ordered the burnt ends melt and patty melt for our meals, and had milkshakes for dessert. We enjoyed everything and we will come back to try other menu items.“

“On June 16, we went to Kaluz Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday. We are regulars at Kaluz to the point where we have the cell phone numbers of several employees. In a nutshell, Anthony, the manager, should not hold that position in a restaurant like Kaluz. My husband and Anthony exchanged words and Anthony’s solution to the issue was telling us, “You should not come back here. The owners do not want parties larger than five people.” My jaw dropped. I could not believe that a manager’s solution to an issue about seating us sooner, while we waited for two other people in our party, especially since my 85-year-old mother could not stand for long, was to tell us, on two separate occasions, that we should not come back. Anthony also put the entire blame on the owners of the restaurant. We go to Kaluz almost on a weekly basis, tip extremely well and have taken countless people there that have also ended up being regulars at Kaluz. No restaurant manager should EVER tell a customer, regular or not, to not come back regardless of the issue. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Kaluz as long as Anthony continues working“

And the poise and control of the dining room shows the teamwork it takes and yall run a well oiled, attentive, delicious, fresh and welcoming place!! Truly a GEM!! 😍 My Brother will be back Tuesday 4/22 for a bunch of your amazingly succulent CinnaGEMbuns! They are so fluffy, and gooey with an exceptional crusted bottom that gives it that extra sweetness, and then with the most incredible drizzles! 🤤The homemade touch to all of it was so phenomenal! Thank you for all the hard work and the hours of love and time on your feet to give us the most delicious fresh made English muffins with a lightness and crunch matched to none!! 😁 My family was grieving that morning having breakfast there as we were in town for a funeral and I cannot tell you how much your place lifted our spirits with the warm, homemade comfort foods..we are still talking about it today! ☺️ Big 👏🏼 to everyone that served us. “Great place. I had the Cheesesteak project. The bread was fresh and toasted. The sandwich was big enough for two. Ton of meat and cheese. The meat is so tender. I also had the white truffle Mac and cheese. It was o full or flavor and was o creamy. My wife ordered the Bourbon Cowboy burger. It was cooked to perfection. It had two patties each so we could have shared.
The place is crazy decorated in kind of a car fabrication style. Go and check this place out.

The management team and staff are top notch. We took mom for her 78th bday and had an issue with our reservation. Ian and team went above and beyond and I mean way above and beyond to rectify the issue. I felt like we were in a top notch county club with all of the staff taking care of us. J Alexander’s is the real deal company. They actually care about their guests. That’s hard to find nowadays. We will be back and continue to tell everybody about how phenomenal the management, service and of course the delicious always consistent food is.“

“Food was very subpar. Ordered few main dishes and no one at the table liked anything. Service was really bad. There 2 waiter were working who were making drinks also If you asked for anything it would take 10-15 mins to get anything and you would ask couple of times since they were so busy.“

“My first time here and I was impressed by the relaxing atmosphere. They have an intensive selection of alcohol and beer. If you are looking for an amazing old fashioned, I would suggest this place because they have a very large bourbon collection. The bartender was extremely friendly and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this place.“

“Wow! Thinnest crust pizza in Fort Lauderdale! And Monday through Wednesday even thinner! Also, extra crisp option available! A blessing from the Gods, one of whom is probably the pizza chef, himself. (I swear I’ve seen him levitate a couple times.)“
