“This was our first experience at the Myrtle Beach location and TK did not disappoint. She made our first visit the best! We will definitely be back because of her. She was an excellent waitress and we had a blast! If you go ask for TK she wont disappoint! The food was yummy too! If you are easily offended don't go because you will get Your feelings hurt. We had to get back to where we were parked by a specific time and ended up having to rush because we waited so long for our salads and then for our check after we were done eating. From the Drink Menu & Appetizers to Deserts and everything in between; they have always been spot on! Valet makes parking easy in the busy beach area, taking away the hassle of having to find a spot. The staff is always kind and courteous- I especially appreciate the mindfulness when I mention my food allergies. I'm confident I can order anything off the menu and not have to worry about an accidental contamination and reaction. If you go- don't leave without ordering the Scoobies and a slice of Key Lime pie!“

“We had the best dinner at a local Plantation restaurant - we highly recommend Burtons Grill & Bar! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even the Manager came over to our table to thank us. I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The nice thing we liked about it, also, is that there is a lovely outdoor patio with fans and very comfortable. Our server was delightful, and we noticed that ALL of the servers were smiling and attentive to everyone! Oh, yes, we will be back!!“

“On June 16, we went to Kaluz Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday. We are regulars at Kaluz to the point where we have the cell phone numbers of several employees. In a nutshell, Anthony, the manager, should not hold that position in a restaurant like Kaluz. My husband and Anthony exchanged words and Anthony’s solution to the issue was telling us, “You should not come back here. The owners do not want parties larger than five people.” My jaw dropped. I could not believe that a manager’s solution to an issue about seating us sooner, while we waited for two other people in our party, especially since my 85-year-old mother could not stand for long, was to tell us, on two separate occasions, that we should not come back. Anthony also put the entire blame on the owners of the restaurant. We go to Kaluz almost on a weekly basis, tip extremely well and have taken countless people there that have also ended up being regulars at Kaluz. No restaurant manager should EVER tell a customer, regular or not, to not come back regardless of the issue. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Kaluz as long as Anthony continues working“

I had a great experience at Hook Seafood & Wings thanks to Daniel, the cashier. From the moment I walked in, he was respectful, fast, and professional. He greeted everyone with a positive attitude, stayed focused even when it got busy, and made sure every customer was taken care of quickly and accurately.

What stood out the most was how patient and clear he was when explaining the menu or answering questions—he never made anyone feel rushed or ignored. You can tell he takes his job seriously and wants people to leave happy.

“Everything was excellent at DicB's, except for the loud music. This is a restaurant, not a nightclub, and there was no reason for the music to be so loud and it wasn't even calm background music. It was very hard to speak to people at my table with the loud music as well as all the other people in the restaurant, speaking as well. In a lot of them were just speaking they were yelling to be heard which complicated the matter.“
