She communicated the reason for the delay proactively (explaining they just served their last tortilla and had to make a new batch), and continuing to check on me to provide updates. Whenever we come in, her and Karina are amazing, welcoming and always recommend some great dishes and drinks. The only other thing they could do to make us feel even more special is roll out the red carpet and throw a crown on our heads! We are always treated like royalty! Im always impressed by their knowledge and insightful recommendations on pairing certain menu items and current promotions. Karina will knock out tickets at the well like the flash as if its another walk in the park, while Bella handles the entire bar in Guinness record time and with a show woman's flair and vice versa navigating the numerous challenges of a high volume venue as if its just to easy. As a prior bar manager I would know! What an incredible team. Who can even watch the games when you have these two customer service gladiators setting records behind the bar. These two are assets to the company. They better take good care of these two absolute legends. Stay gold ladies!“

“The Hamlin location took amazing care of us today. We had to request a change of seating as we had some mobility issues within our party and they did it without any issue. I managed to spill my drink and the waitress was super relaxed with getting me a damp rag to clean it up. We ordered a drink not realizing it was smoked and they swapped it for us as we had a massive allergy issue in our party. I promise we aren’t usually so high maintenance but when I say they rolled with our oddly chaotic punches I deeply appreciated it. It’s the end of 2024 and I’m so proud of these folks for being on their ‘A’ game and accommodating us. Good food. Good service. Good time all around. I hope these rockstar servers hand an absolutely amazing 2025.“

This was a Mom and Pop shop in Ocoee, FL (because we were in Orlando for restaurant supplies) and on their menu, they have That One Burger and That One Salad. It was really cool!! In theory, if you look at the global discounts, they are outelt mall, however the TC to apply for foreign currencies is 23 Mxn for 1 usd which in itself is already expensive but later with these rates it becomes more expensive.

The first time the burgers were very delicious
The 2nd time very greasy, I don't know if the grill is different depending on the time.

Let's hope they improve in both things, cooking and finances.

Parking: Very difficult to find a parking place.

“Swung by for a quick bite or so I thought. After ordering the wait was nearly 20 mins before the food to came out. Seemed like they had some Uber Eats orders but still surprised it took so long due to the fact that there was only one other customer inside.

In any case, always love the generous portion of overflowing fries! Accompanied by a Cheeseburger with all the toppings. Definitely got a bit messy when the bottom bun started breaking apart but that's the sacrifice one must make having a loaded burger, lol

“The hotel is beautiful, huge, rooms were great, lots of choices on places to eat. HUGE DOWNSIDE…. Parking!!! There was a cheering competition here(no I didn’t know when we booked or we wouldn’t have!) so we had to park about a mile away from the hotel every time we wanted to come and go, even though we have handicap parking they didn’t have any spots only a couple that have been taken since we got here. And don’t forget anything you need. Lol Hubby ran out of cigarettes, ran down to the little market downstairs. $18.00 a pack.“

Universal has tons of food and Wimpy’s is an absolute must. The burgers are delicious, thick, and the fries are hot and crispy.

I would have no problem paying the price if this existed outside of the park. Definitely a wonderful little gem that makes universal studios, universal studios.

The staff is pretty friendly and are very easy going. The fact that nobody was in line made my wife and I apprehensive at first; so glad we didn’t pass. If you go to universal, definitely go to Wimpy’s. You will not regret it!“
