“I went here recently for a break and a refreshing smoothie. I had the pleasure of meeting Abby who I thought was such an impressive young woman. She was running the smoothie store by herself and I must say that she was incredible! She made an excellent smoothie and accommodated all walks-ins and online orders quickly. Everyone was greeted and given proper attention. I love Planet Smoothie in general but I must say that Miss Abby was on fire! I am looking forward to my next smoothie break.“

Their specialty açaí bowls are delicious and can be personalized with as many toppings as you like. We loved the variety of Pao de Queijo—you can never go wrong with the original ones! “I tried the watermelon smoothie with kiwi bobas and it was amazing! The flavor was super refreshing and sweet, and honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had. What really stood out to me were the bobas, usually I find them kind of weird or chewy at other places, but these were perfect. They popped really nicely and didn’t have that strange texture some places do. I love trying out different boba shops, and this one definitely impressed me. Highly recommend!“

“This place is inside Bloomingdale’s. We wanted frozen yogurt but menu doesn’t really explain how to order or what you get. That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. “At this time, this Tropical Smoothie Cafe is fairly new in this area. The staff are really swift in making orders. The staff is patient, usually most are kind. Very positive atmosphere. Not to much interaction between staff and customer other than taking customer orders. Still a good vibe and the smoothies and food are usually always consistent and on point here. And it smells clean in there too. Definitely will come here a lot. They’re great, almost as good as my fav Winter Park Location.“

“I have never experienced smoothie making with such, happiness. I came in feeling, down and just wanted to get a smoothie and not talk, I had the pleasure of meeting Mercedes who was just so bright, and the amount of positive energy coming off of her I couldn’t help but get in a better mood she talked to me from start to finish made me laugh which I desperately needed, before I left I told her that she has no idea how she made my day better and all she did was be kind.
She replied “ to be nice cost me nothing never know what someone is going through. I want my smile to change somebody day and they feel refresh after speaking not exhausted and I have added to their problems”

I wish I could meet a 1000 more of her that have that same energy and mindset. To be so young and so wise is a blessing.
