“Absolutely amazing experience at Xsushi. The service from Felipe was exceptional from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His recommendations were spot on.
The food was outstanding. The croc tuna was fresh and flavorful, perfectly balanced. The crispy rice had the ideal crunch and richness. Every roll we tried was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. You can truly tell the quality of the ingredients.
And the matcha tres leches dessert… absolutely delicious. The perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal.
Everything was fresh, creative, and full of flavor. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.“

“Food was great! I had the Pao Pao Chicken bowl, and the Mex roll. The chicken has the perfect amount of spice to add flavor but not be overwhelming. And the roll was very flavorful and served nearly and on time. Overall the experience was great!“

“I just moved into the area, and my sushi influences came from my many visits to Japan, Hawaii, Southern California and being from New York City. So tonight was my first order from True Asian for me and my family. Their sushi and sashimi is EXCELLENT! I was thoroughly impressed, especially after several disappointments in the area. The food was fantastic, the service was quick and we all are very happy! I will definitely order from True Asian and will be eating here in the restaurant very soon! Great Food!“

“If you’re craving sushi in Orlando and want to leave very full, Sushi Yama is an excellent spot to check out. it’s a modern, lively restaurant that offers both à la carte and all-you-can-eat options — perfect for sushi lovers who like to sample everything. The sushi itself is fresh, colorful, and beautifully presented. If you’re doing the all-you-can-eat option, you’ll find a huge selection of rolls, appetizers, and hibachi entrées, all at a solid price point for the quality and quantity.“

“Decent sushi bar for being inside of a hotel. The cheaper rolls are about $14 each and a 20oz beer is $15. So for a decent quick meal and drink you’re looking at a little over $30. I got the spicy tuna roll and my friend got the spicy salmon that he shared. Both were good. Quality of fish was good and the rice was also great. They also sometimes give out Japanese bar snacks if you sit at the bar.“

“The atmosphere was gorgeous. They also have an outdoor patio area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the setup and how it works to order what is right for you. And the food... was not what I imagined at all. It was AMAZING! And beautifully arranged. Every veggie and seafood item was very fresh! I give 5 of 5 stars. I had tempura shrimp, crab salad, extra tempura shrimp, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, and eel sauce. The bowls are $16 a piece, but good size portions. Will definitely go back 100%. I wish I had taken photos before I devoured it. Lol Thank you guys!“

“Norigami Orlando is the rare kind of spot that makes you shut up mid-bite and just nod like an idiot. Two people, one tiny room, and somehow they're running a whole theatre of flavour without the usual omakase cosplay. Start with the truffle situation: not “truffle oil nonsense”, actual depth — earthy, savoury, and placed with intent. Then the chef's mini omakase hits like a sequence of clean, confident decisions. The eel? Properly brave: rich, glossy, balanced, and the kind of bite that makes you realise you've been settling for mediocre unagi elsewhere. Sashimi here is the point. Perfect cuts, zero ragged edges, fish that tastes alive, and knife work that shows restraint instead of ego. Wagyu lands exactly where it should — decadent, but not a blunt instrument. And the handmade pieces (the ones you eat by hand, as they should be) are absurdly good: tight rice, clean seasoning, and toppings that don't bully the fish. The little mats set the vibe — intimate, focused, quietly playful — and the service is all signal, no noise. Just a two-person team slinging it all with calm precision, timing everything, watching the room, and never dropping the thread. If you want safe, boring sushi, go elsewhere. If you want skill, nerve, and genuinely great eating, Norigami is it. What I loved most is the judgement. Every “brave” choice still feels disciplined — no stunt toppings, no sloppy heat, no sweet sauces drowning things. It's umami, texture, temperature: warm rice against cool fish, crisp where you want it, soft fat where it matters. And because it's only two of them, you're not getting conveyor-belt energy. You're getting eyes-up hospitality and pacing that actually respects the food. Orlando doesn't deserve something this dialled-in. But you do. Sit down, eat with your hands, and let the cuts do the talking....“
