“I go to Spill about twice a month. Once for great music and the other for fun trivia. I have to say that the two young woman who are always there are phenomenal! I don’t know if other customers notice how hard they work all night , but I do and I commend them. Always a smile , sweet and polite, fast with service! “Mom and I first visited this location at noon during the rush lunch, and we were instantly surprised to find a parking lot not only clean but also landscape nicely done .
We were greeted immediately upon entering and found that all the employees were busy but still found the time to make you feel welcome.
The entire dining area was spotlessly clean, and the food was service was fast and correctly made to our order. The entire meal was delicious and served hot.
The bathrooms were just like the dining area.
Clean and not smelling like bathrooms.

“So I’ve been to a different location of this restaurant before and I was beyond impressed with the amount of food the taste of the food and everything about it when I sat down and ate at the restaurant. Today, I ate at this location and got it to go, and let’s just say it definitely changed my opinion, there were maybe 10 chips in the box and the quesadilla that I got hardly had any meat at the end of the quesadilla. Now granted the food was fantastic and tasted great but the quesadilla was barely cooked and there definitely wasn’t much love put into it. I was very impressed with the other location, but this location definitely didn’t uphold the same standards… bummed … definitely not worth $12+Update. Kudos to the management staff I called in and expressed my concern just so that other people wouldn’t go through the same situation and the manager refunded me for the order so I will have to say Customer Service was definitely great following up a bad experience“
