“Service was non-Existant and store was trashed..like nothing wiped down for hours. How do i know, i was in this store 6 hours ago picking up an online order and the same french fry is still on the table with the same trash near tea machine..“

“Stopped here because a friend told me another place nearby where we are visiting was a bit overhyped but this was much better. And they were right! The woman (I presume owner) behind the counter was so lovely and friendly. The kids loved the unicorn, Spider-Man and mermaid donuts and My Goodness… the Nutella and banana pudding donuts sent me into orbit. I so wish there was a location in Northern KY! Best donuts I’ve had.“

The 6'4" barista (baristo?) who looked like stone cold Steve Austin was a great touch for the ambiance of this place. And Jocko(wife's dog) loved their dog treats!“

“My husband has been going to Main Brew since they were located on Beal Parkway. I had the pleasure of meeting Shelagh and the crew there yesterday (I had previously met Patrick) and they are all extremely friendly and it was very obvious they care about their customers. Kid-friendliness: Our granddaughter and her friend enjoyed the comfortable chairs, between them was a small table.They visited and loved their drinks and treats. Also a lower glass case for viewing and easy for them to choose.“

“they fill your drink up with whipped cream over half percent of the cup and give you like 2 inches of coffee. first picture is a few weeks ago and second picture is today! They never pick up their phone. They take advantage of people ordering through doordash or ubereats by giving them small portions.“

“I got an ice latte with coconut milk. It was really strong so consider adding syrup to your order if you usually don't!

Edit: They use like 5 gallons of syrup here. You gotta specify like 2 pumps max.“

I love how much knowledge she has with car insurance policies life insurance policies, Business insurance policies ect… she will give you a breakdown of what each insurance policies mean. How much will it cost whether or not it’s within your budget/affordable. I also love that she is bilingual (Habla español). Vanessa and her staff provide excellent customer service. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. Do not hesitate to call her. She will give you the answers you need. “I would quite literally fight a bear for every one of these baristas. This whole crew is so awesome! Their customer service has always been above and beyond. Their personalities are all so unique from each other, but they are ALL so kind!
