“I Ordered food on the app, My card got charged and I had an email confirmation/reciept at the right store, but the store never received the order. Either the Manager or the assistant Manager wanted me to wait at least 30 minutes before he could even attempt to help me, insisting the money would go back on my card within 20-30min. Even though that time had already passed from time I Ordered the food to the time I could get somebody at the register . I've worked in hotels, so I understand the pain of refunding people. So I waited patiently, even though it's a 7 day return policy minimum at most places.
Still had trouble getting my food, even after an hour after I made my order.
But thankfully the Guy named Jordan (I think it was) actually looked at my reciept and knew me as a regular, went ahead and made my food for me.
Nice guy, the rest of the staff needs more training and more attention to the register. Fries were hot.. so theres that.“

“We stopped here on a whim for breakfast during a beach trip - and we'll definitely be back next time! Everything we had was so delicious, but especially the kolaches. The dough is so tender and flavorful, and clearly truly homemade. The cuban kolache was AMAZING and we wish we had gotten several for the drive home! We also enjoyed the boudin and conecuh kolaches. Our doughnuts, apple and blueberry fritters, and cinnamon doughnut holes were also tasty. We got boba and bubble tea which was great, with lots of good options. “We ate here while on vacation with 3 small children. The staff was very friendly, the restrooms were clean and the food was so good. They didn’t seem to care that our kids were being kids and even put music on for them to enjoy. We will be returning on our next vacation.“

“they fill your drink up with whipped cream over half percent of the cup and give you like 2 inches of coffee. first picture is a few weeks ago and second picture is today! They never pick up their phone. They take advantage of people ordering through doordash or ubereats by giving them small portions.“

“I got an ice latte with coconut milk. It was really strong so consider adding syrup to your order if you usually don't!

Edit: They use like 5 gallons of syrup here. You gotta specify like 2 pumps max.“

“I would quite literally fight a bear for every one of these baristas. This whole crew is so awesome! Their customer service has always been above and beyond. Their personalities are all so unique from each other, but they are ALL so kind! We already know that Starbucks is delicious, But the people at this location are what make the overall experience a great one every single time. “The ice cream is amazing my mom and I enjoyed it very much. The lady working there gave us a lot of samples to try some ice cream. I recommend for kids and family to go get some Gelato. The service is amazing, the workers there are friendly. Might take a little time to get you ice cream because of how busy it might get.
