I visited the Allatoona Grill (AG Steakhouse) this past Sunday with my family and friends, including my adult disabled daughter, Mackenzie Grace, for whom I am her court-appointed legal guardian. Due to her disabilities, Mackenzie has a service dog trained to assist with her specific needs.

Saw a small fire outside under the deck.. as any good citizen would do, I put it out and told valet. They informed Kevin the owner, next thing I know, I had a free drink from the bar and a large dessert for the whole family! What a great first experience at this establishment. We will definitely be coming back after long days on the water! Amazing food, amazing drinks and an all around awesome atmosphere!
Way over priced! We spent $100 for one entree and two adult beverages! We had the red snapper with Brussel sprouts. For a restaurant that charges what they charge there’s no excuse! I’m not the best decorator but the drift wood hanging on the wall and the fake plants don’t work for me knowing the prices they are charging! I thought about complaining to the staff but thought better of it knowing they’d most likely offer a free meal and we don’t plan on going back.

AG Steakhouse is an upscale restaurant suitable for special occasions. The food is excellent with unique options like Oysters Rockefeller and mushroom risotto. The ambiance is high class, although casual attire is also accepted. Service is outstanding, with attentive staff. The restaurant can accommodate various dietary needs, including vegan options. AG Steakhouse is a hidden GEM, well staffed, with incredible staff. The food was excellent, so good words don't describe how good it was. The A5 Wagyu flight is sure to be a unique option, and the blue fin tuna was amazing. Guests can pick their own steak knives, which are really sharp. There is complementary valet and the entry way is nice. The experience was 10/10, with delicious food and a very good cosmo. The restaurant was beautiful and clean. A complimentary crème brûlée is a nice touch for special occasions.
