“I had such a great experience at the Chick-fil-A Acworth location on Cobb Parkway! I stopped in around lunchtime, so as expected, it was very busy. I waited for a table for about five minutes, and one of the employees, Jade, noticed and went out of her way to help me. She not only found me a table but also cleaned it off, making sure everything was ready for me to sit comfortably. She was incredibly kind and attentive, helping without being asked, which made such a difference!

I mentioned to her that we usually go to the Mars Hill location, but since it’s closed for construction, we decided to come here. This location is definitely busier than what we're used to, but the service was just as amazing. The restaurant was very clean, well-maintained, and I loved all the fresh flowers—they really add a nice touch!

“I never leave food reviews. But I thought I would just this once.I came by around 2pm 2/29/24. It’s kfc. You come in for chicken, quick and hot. You don’t come in to chat with the poor workers or judge the service. So that’s what I got, chicken quick and hot. No complaints.However, I tried the new chizza combo and I just have to say, if you’re reading this and you work for this company, I hope y’all NEVER get rid of it. Amazing food. I would eat this every day until I finally got my coronary. If you’re reading this and you’re just a customer, give it a try! Honest! It’s like cheap chicken parm you’d make right at home. I’m obsessed and that’s dangerous.Anyway please give everyone here a raise as well I’m so serious. The other reviews are crazy hostile. I have no idea what everyone has to put up with at this store. “Yum...and good service. Oops - my mistake. I went back again and they left out the mashed potatoes (2 sides), charged me for the large extra gravy I ordered and gave me a small. Really - is it that hard to work at a KFC and get an order right?!?“

“I ordered breakfast through Doordash 12/19 and was highly disappointed. I ordered the scramble bowl, a side of fruit, and a half and half tea. This was the smallest scramble bowl I have received from any Chick-fil-A and my tea was fully unsweet, not half and half. This was not worth the money I spent!“
