“First time there was a great experience. Very clean ( tables menus chairs and the floors ) very friendly everyone was smiling and happy customers were enjoying their food and it was fresh and hot. The waitress who helped us was named Meeka B she was great very friendly neat and was on point with the food and drinks. Keep up the great work and thank you for all your hard work it did not go unnoticed 😊“

“In town for a work event and needed a place to eat and grab dinner that would also stay open late. The staff were all really nice and my server Ashley was timely, attentive and understanding while I worked. Really appreciate the experience!“

“Customer service was excellent. I made a mistake in placing the order and the staff were gracious enough to fix my mistake. Three times with no questions asked the store was also very gracious and handling customers who were there who appeared to be homeless they serve them they allow them to come in and have a seat from the heat, my hand goes up to the manager and the owner of the store.“
“When I tell you Blazzin Burgers Fries and Shakes have some of the best wings in town and if you are not satisfied with your wings bring them back and they will recook them for you because I love my wings well done a little crispy. You got to try one of their burgers too all handmade! I love them!!“

“Got the Blue Mouse Salad with chipotle ranch. It was very good, very fresh lettuce, tender steak, good onion rings. Didn’t drink but looked like a good place to do so, with atleast a dozen chairs at the bar and several TVs. Has an area with a big garage style door for when the weather is nice.“

“Today's visit was mixed- fries on both of our combos were piping hot & crisp!! My husband's sandwich on #4 combo was soggy from too much mayo (didn't know it would be like that, next time will ask for easy mayo?).. my fish sandwich was good (asked for NO tartar sauce and got hvy pickles ???)overall- hot, crispy and flaky. Wasn't crazy about lemonade today- had a taste of powdery syrup & too lemony (are they using powdered mix w wrong ratios??) Will be back soon to see if they still meet motto... have it YOUR way!!“

“Customer service was on point. The lady at the window was very friendly. The food was okay. I only ordered grits for myself, and they weren't as creamy as I like. However, everyone else in my group really liked the scramble bowls. So not a bad deal.“

“03/26/2024 ☆☆☆☆☆Stopped in and got large fries, CHECKER BURGER, and CRISPY FISH. The new AI order taker is confusing. The service and food were very good.05/28/2023 ☆☆☆☆Stopped and got two (2) CRISPY FISH SANDWICHES and fries. Last minute, I ordered a bacon, lettuce, and tomato. This place makes the best blt sandwich.“

“The food hardly ever disappoints, but this time, my steak tips were not tender at all. But the customer service was pretty good. Valen was exceptional with her service. “Bought an 8" oreo ice cream birthday cake for a friend's birthday tomorrow. Ordered dinner to take home. Personnel are always friendly and very helpful. Very clean and food is always hot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheelchair parking on the side door with a ramp. There is plenty of handicap seating and restroom.“

“Normally don’t do this but need to give credit where credit is due. Hands down BEST McDonalds in the Albany area. Quick service, greeted with the upmost respect, and food was HOT! Not sure where the previous bad reviews come from, maybe change in management. Even though this McDonalds much further than others to home, if I need a golden arch fix, this is the only one I will go to in town.“
