“The nuggets were good along with the sauces. The burgers 🍔 are just as good, but it seems they have gotten smaller🤔
The manager was helping the crew move orders along; which they needed help.It seemed to take a long time to get our order filled.
The kiosks do not give you a receipt and the monitor used to track your order is no longer working.“

“I visited Haystack for the first time. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Deondra was very awesome at recommending the perfect drink. The lemon drop cocktail was very good and not too lemony. She suggested the beef filet and it was well seasoned. She was very funny and made our visit memorable.“

She is the only server I ask for when I come and will ONLY sit with her. The food is good and the drinks are cheap. Definitely one of my favorite places in Albany.“

“Wow,had to come and give my feedback on my breakfast meal I had June 22,2025 time 8:51am don't know drive thru lady name but she asked me did I wanted to try there new BBQ Pork Scramble I use get sausage Scramble Combo so i said yes ma'am i will try it yall when i tell you,,, i had breakfast and lunch together i did and got off work and slept like a baby,,,that taste was amazing with grits,eggs,looked like cheese with the pork meat on top mixed
with Barbecue sauce.I had too call her to let her know it was so so good I will be back for another . A+“

“I would like to recognize two outstanding employees at the Jack’s location on North Slappey in Albany, Georgia, Shanterilla and Mrs.Stepheny. They are both extremely hardworking and always make sure the restaurant is clean and welcoming when I come in. They never hesitate to make sure my chicken is fresh and hot, and they consistently provide great customer service. Jack’s is my favorite restaurant, and I visit daily or every other day. I truly appreciate these two ladies and the effort they put into their work. I hope Jack’s corporate office recognizes Shanterilla and Mrs. Stepheny, along with the rest of the staff, for their hard work and dedication. They are a great representation of Jack’s and what other local chicken restaurant should.“
