Every year we pre order food for Christmas or Thanksgiving. This Christmas, I was amazed at how organized they were with the amount of pre-orders they had. I was in and out within 5 minutes with my proper food order. It was super easy to order online and really hassle-free picking up my food. Every employee there is always so cheerful even though they are super busy. Of course we loved the food!
I've recently patronized Heavenly Ham twice recently on the recommendation of a coworker/colleague and had never eaten eat prior. To my surprise I enjoyed it on both occasions and had a good experience. The GM was a "chatty Cathy", but that was fine. By the way, I enjoy customer engagement, so Kudos. I purchased the Club Tavern with no mayo and subituted multi grain bread, which is similar to a wheat sub type bread and I wanted it cold not toasted with Mandarin pineapple salad...read full review

I have always had wonderful customer service here. They stay busy busy! Restrooms are clean, and most of the time your table is clean. But they do get busy where they cannot keep up all the time. They Always have supplies on hand napkins cups straws ....I have never been where something they were "out" of particular food, or supplies.
