“I’ve been to this location a few times on my lunch break. The food is nice, but I do find it to be a little overpriced. The staff is always kind and it is easy to place an online order. My biggest issue is the teriyaki sub that I normally get. Although it is tasty, it is so so so hard to eat. The way they organize the ingredients on the sandwich, makes it hard to eat. Once you pick it up, it completely falls apart which is a bummer. If they fixed that, it would be great.“

The manager that was working the line was amazing tonight. He jumped off the line to help us and back on the line to help his team without skipping a beat. I had a custom order that the self services kiosk didn't allow. I wanted a plain burger with five patties.(Kiosk only allowed me to order a triple) He didn't hesitate to take my order and jump back with his team. The multi tasking I saw is incredible. The guy has some skills. Blin hospitality, customer service, cooking, and multi tasking. And in the middle of a dinner rush he was able to even check to see how our food was. These burgers were top notch quality cooked to perfection. My son and I had the best experience. So now anytime we are eating burgers, we are coming to Shake Shack in Alpharetta.“

For the price, I guess I expected the restaurant to be more clean and welcoming. The establishment is not remarkably tidy--sticky floors, generally disheveled presentation. “This place lives up to the hype! I got the veggie sandwich, and I’ve never tasted one so yummy. It didn’t come with a veggie patty, so I was skeptical at first, but the sautéed mushrooms, peppers and onions gave it so much flavor that a veggie patty wasn’t even necessary. They even give you loads of extra fries in the bag! The veggie sandwich was only $5.29 and the fries were a little overpriced at $5.49 (which was more expensive than the sandwich), but for the amount they give you I can see why?. I probably won’t get fries next time, but they were still delicious. This is definitely my new favorite place.“
