McDonald's in Alpharetta

“Can't believe i'm reviewing a McDonalds... Anyway, I've always loved McDonald's but as we all know, they can be hit or miss. Miss for most people due to preference, but there are some hits for fans like me and this is one of them. Also, you have to compare to the surrounding fast food: I don't think the nearby Chick-Fil-A has even a 50% success rate on filling my orders and their employees have the worst attitude i've ever seen in a Chick-Fil-A, but i digress... This McDonald's is a solid location. There's dips throughout the years and seasons, but they're fairly consistent. As of 9/10/25 their latest thing is parking you in the drive through spot to clear the line, as an example. i get annoyed with it, but i give this location a break because of their solid history.“

“Eric is an absolute gem to the world. Not only did he provide exceptional service, but he gave us the highest quality possible and for that I am so thankful. I would absolutely drive to this McDonald’s over any in the surrounding areas of Georgia.“

“(8/26/25 9:22pm) My first time going to this location and was pleasantly surprised. Ironically, I wasn’t expecting to get my food as fast as I did but I did and I got exactly what I ordered. It’s usually rare at most other locations. The gentleman was fast but still had great customer service.“

“Seems so bizarre to give McDonald's in general 4 stores, but people let me tell you why.

1. This pumpkin spice iced latte with an extra shot of espresso for $4 blows my mind. It's velvety delicious, and I was mad the first time I ordered a small and have been ordering medium since.

2. LOW CARB Carnivore
I love ordering their beef patties with cheese, so delicious and I had a steak patty for the first time in over a decade, I'm not sure if those are low carb but it's worth looking into because yum.

I'm please with McDonald's right now in general but I wish they would lean into more low carb options, especially to replace the fries 🍟 If they would apply the same enthusiasm in their intention to make money with carbs into low carb meat based options outside of highly processed rabbit food and also they should pack the low burgers in non toxic paper wraps instead of plastic, that would be helpful.

“Been coming here to study with the bros for a couple months, food quality is consistently good and fresh, employees are extremely attentive and friendly, specifically the Hispanic male dude at the front usually. Would rate this as my favorite McDonalds, lots of outlets and big store for studying too. Clean asf“

“What can I say about McDonald's. It's there objective to make sure they are all the same. This one fits that bill. It is the McDonald's food that you would expect, the service that you would expect, and the cleanest that you would expect. We're all good. Not outstanding but all good.“

“This is the best managed mcdonalds within 15miles of me. I go out of my way to come here when I need fast food. Whoever does the hiring has a good eye for good employees. They have never messed up my order (the other mcdonalds always gets it wrong and have a bunch of teenagers who are constantly distracted), they are reasonably fast and the employees always seem like competent people. Like just the short drive thu engagement with them its easy to tell that they are paying attention to their job and do it with a professional competence.“
