I really dont want to write a positive review for this place because I dont want anyone else to find it! Its so quaint, sidewalk tables, personalized service by the owner. I want it to remain this way!!! Selfish. I know. This place is a diamond in the rough.
Good food and coffee with some unique twists on the flavors. Presentation and quantify was good. Ordered off the lunch board. A bit pricey for lunch, but felt I got what I paid for. Off the beaten path. Parking may present a challenge.

It is known for its friendly service, where staff members greet guests with warm smiles. The food is delicious, with highlights like the salmon salad and the sangria, which is a must-try. The Tuscany Bistro, located just north of NorthPoint Mall, is a great place for lunch, with each meal cooked to order. The sandwich menu is extensive, and there is a limited but varied list of entrees. Customers have enjoyed the maple glazed salmon and the delicious salmon fettuccine. The restaurant also offers a decent wine list and varied, usually very good, desserts. The tranquil ambiance, ample parking, and the great surrounding area for a walk make Tuscany Cafe and Bistro a great getaway spot.
