“The cashier is always smiling and very friendly as well as helpful. She makes you want to come back every time you come to Americus. My father-in-law loves ice cream, so what better place to bring him than to see her. Plus, I can get him to eat food, too. Even if it is a kids' meal chicken strip with ice cream.

“I had a great experience at Zaxbys. We were traveling through Americus and stayed a couple of days. We went to Zaxbys because we don’t have one where I live. The customer service was superb, outstanding. I had a young lady helping me , her name was Loshandra. Please forgive me if I didn’t spell your name correct . The food was fresh and tasted great.

My experience was so pleasant that we went back the next day. Thank you Loshandra for being so kind and forthcoming.

“OMG! The staff were young and efficient. I didn't feel rushed to order. The food was still hot once I arrived home. All the food was neatly placed in the bag. I was so grateful for the neatness of the tacos. I dislike tacos with food coming inside my bag. I enjoyed ordering fast food with a fantastic experience.“
