“I tried the new fried shrimp meal and found the featured combo delicious and a welcome change from the usual chicken Zaxby's specializes in. We used the drive thru and were in and out of the parking lot quite quickly and our order was as accurate and warm! Thank you Zaxby's for the evening meal!“

“Might sound crazy, but it was my VERY FIRST TINE trying Zaxby's. (I've been living under a rock, I know.) It was phenomenal and tbh, the Zax Sauce looked like Thousand Island sauce but tasted pretty different. It's very good and the food was fresh as if they just finished cooking! Would highly recommend as it has delicious chicken, and greatly seasoned fries. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯“

“So the food is great. Their chicken strips are wayyyy better than Chick Fil A’s. You want to talk about greasy? Try Chick Fil A strips - those are greasy. I can understand where the negative comments are coming from about attitudes. You can’t answer a customer’s question with “no” and not provide an explanation. That’s just not good customer service. Put some effort in your exchanges with people, put a smile in your voice. It comes out nicer and you feel better yourself. Yep, sounds cheesy but it works. Surround yourself with negative, you get negative. Been in customer service in some form or fashion my whole adult life. Treat others with just some kindness. It goes a long way. Im glad I waited 20 mins for those chicken pot pies. Got to enjoy my strips in peace after a long day and thanked the person who brought it out to me even though they weren’t very nice to me when I placed my order. ?“
